The service tech that came out and looked at my unit his name was Tim I think he was very good very professional thought he did a great job kept me involved in all everything about it and I think that's a good employee. Take care
John arrived on time ,examined the compressor and replaced the capacitor and got my system working quickly ! He explained what the issue was and gave me some recommendations for the future ! The people ( The contacts & techs at All Service ) are the best ! I have used All Service exclusively for a long time .
We used All Service to get a 2nd opinion. John was great! Super helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to give us a few solutions on how to improve our system. Gave us a competitive quote on potential work.

Our A/C unit was 24 years old & not working. Because we had replaced our other unit 3 years back, we had an estimate from then for the make & model that we wanted to purchase. I reached out to the company that replaced our other unit as well as another HVAC company we had dealt with in the past for a current estimate. The 1st company (claiming they were giving us a deal because we were a return customer) came in quite high. The 2nd company (knowing that we were getting another estimate) came in a bit lower & included an additional year of labor on the warranty. I had seen an add for All Service Heating & Air that showed they sold Trane units (which is what we were looking for) so I decided to get 1 more estimate. That evening I left a message at their office & was contacted the next morning. Josh, the owner, came to our home that afternoon. Josh was professional & super personable. He noticed that we needed to add an air return to allow the HVAC unit to run as efficiently as possible. Josh's estimate came in over $1,000 less than the lowest bid we had received, plus he included a 2 year service agreement. We set up an appointment to install the new system the following week. The 4-man crew worked diligently to complete the removal of old unit & new install within 4 hours. Crew leader was very courteous, team cleaned up after themselves as they worked -job was completed quickly & professionally. My boss had his upstairs unit go out a couple weeks after ours & I referred him to All Service Heating & Air. I highly recommend this company!
Our old system was 14 years old and just not keeping up with the Texas heat. Andy Vestal came to the rescue and talked with us about repair vs. replace. Because of the age, we decided to replace. Andy explained all the details and was always responsive to our calls, never making us wait for a call back. The install was on Saturday, 6/10/23. The crew was awesome. They worked so efficiently that the house didn't really have time to get hot between getting the old system out and and the new one in. The crew worked seamlessly, like I've never seen before. They were in and out like superheroes. It was after they were gone that I compared them to previous work and installs, which were always a pain. Thank you, Andy and All Service!

Im usually reluctant to call for service repairs for fear of being overcharged and inefficiency. Our technician Colin Creel was now only professional, he took time to educate us on why we had the initial problem and how to prevent it in the future . Great price, great communication from the company and great service!
It was a few weeks ago, sorry it took so long. Have to give the most awesome review to Taylor Tobias. We've been using your company for many years and every tech that comes out has always been great. I always request Taylor if possible. He knows us & our house, but most importantly a great guy! It's a pleasure every time to see him, and great to know we're in good hands. Kudos to Taylor!

Amazing service. The old a/c we had was out of date and went out for a 4th time. I called them to upgrade my system. They we quick with excellent customer service. The have cut my electricity bill in half. Thank y'all so much.
Andy Vestal came to troubleshoot an issue with my AC yesterday. It was a second opinion visit to another company's service performed last week who said all things were running and looked fine. Andy discovered the issue within the first 10 minutes (maybe less, I wasn't timing him) - low refrigerant. He discussed other options to make the system run optimally, but was not pushy. He completed service with further instructions to call again if results were not seen after a few days of allowing the system to run and optimize. He was polite, professional, honest, and as an added bonus, funny. I will definitely be calling All Service Heating & Air for future HVAC needs.
