I feel good that the air conditioning unit were repaired to my satisfaction. The air is not on upstairs yet, but the problem appears to be with my Nest thermostat. I will replace my Nest thermostat tomorrow and hopefully I have all my air conditioner working. They were prompt and flexible.
Highly recommend! We had talked to many companies before choosing All City Air and I’m confident we selected the right people. It was an easy decision. While completing our project, All City Air was thorough, honest, trustworthy, professional, strategic and easy to communicate with. Sitting in a wonderfully cooled home and feel ready to take on a hot summer, because of them! Excellent service
A representative from this company came to our offices and then proceeded to harass us. They were explicitly told that under no circumstances were they going to be able to speak with anyone in project management (we are appointment only) but they were also given business cards to facilitate a formal introduction. Instead of following this procedure they decided to leave, come back into 2 minutes later and demanded to speak with a different associate. Obviously, they were denied. They then tried calling our offices trying to speak with someone through that avenue; we are ALSO a small business and the reason I am employed is to facilitate day-to-day operations for all employees, including and especially the owners. This includes fielding solicitors.

I have a niece that’s an infant my AC stop working I called a ac Company which I will not name the guy had no idea what he was doing and this is the company that installed my AC unit so called all city heat and air came right over Right away Dylan’s figured the problem out within 15 minutes Fixed everything got my AC working I highly recommend his company he’s also bilingual
We had to get a second Opinion when our air conditioning unit failed during the first heat wave of the season. Dylan came right over when other companies were saying it would be two-three weeks. He patiently explained the diagnosis and solution. We will be in touch with All City again.
Dylan and his team installed our system and we’ve continued to use them for service and preventive maintenance. Super friendly and responsive and knowledgeable. Dylan is a legit good and honest guy. 10/10

If anyone is looking for HVAC maintenance and repair. STOP. Give Dylan and his team a call. I can't thank them enough for saving me tons of money. I was contemplating to purchase a new HVAC unit. I currently have the original still in place and for years it has been giving me issues, but they came by and they took a look and knew what I needed. Comfort DNA is great. Dylan was our technician he was on time and polite. He went above and beyond checking all the issues with my heater. I decided to add new duck work. They have affordable prices and guarantee the work. I definitely recommend comfort dna
My ac went out, called Comfort DNA and they were out same day. Easy as 123 and found overall cost to be reasonable . I will use them again and reffer them.
