Great company, i have been using them for years. They have a customer for life EDIT: 06/07/2023 Now that I am hearing all the Aire Texas Management has left and I am seeing emails from Lex Air I am not sure what to think. I am also being told that their engineer up and left and took everything with him so they cant verify my warranty. Does anyone know what the hell is going on?
We are selling our home and needed a HVAC inspection! They came out, on time, cost effective and nice to work with!
We have been using them for service for about 2 years. They have always been great until they merged with two other companies. Had an issue over the weekend, tech came out twice and couldn’t resolve it. Was charged for two visits but he “waived” the second service fee. $500 in and counting. They are supposed to come out today to fix a coil that is under warranty. Labor will be $1400+ don’t have high hopes that this will get done but fingers crossed. I wish I could say that we are 100% going to use them again but if we do, it’s only because the unit was installed by them and we have no choice. Sad when local companies start to fail.
Every staff member was very friendly, from the office to the technician. They were also very responsive. Tim explained everything in great detail, showing photos and videos, and most importantly, he explained all options, but did not try to sell me a product or service I did not need. I was also very happy that he respected the cleanliness of my home.
1/11 - Shep and his partner came today to do maintenance. Pointed out what we should look to do to keep our systems working tidy. Happy with the service! 4/25 - Reggie from Aire came the other day to do maintenance on our 3 units. He was super friendly and very professional. Aire has some great people who work for them. Anyone who has ever come is always very knowledgeable and helpful. They always provide good guidance and don’t try to oversell you. I really couldn’t speak enough about this company. Glad we hired them. Had new units installed. Was about to go with a competitor but Wanted to make sure we did our due diligence. Got the quote from Aire and they gave me a description of how the install would go and we were not disappointed. Danny was one of the main installers. He’s very detailed and explained everything. In fact, All of the installers that came were professional, curtieous and friendly. I would highly recommend you look to use Aire

Timothy came over for our regular maintenance before we head into winter. Again just great customer service. Really personable and changed the filter gave the system a once over. Looking forward to having no issues in winter. Below are my previous reviews. Ronnie came over due to a condensate leak, he identified the area that the unit was leaking and attempted a fix, unfortunately that first fix didn't work but a second fix did. All resolved in the one visit. Ronnie was great very personable and easy to discuss the issue with and very quick to diagnose the issue and discuss solutions. Again I wont go anywhere else for AC repairs. Below are my previous reviews: Aire Texas are still my go-to AC guys, Tim just gave the system a check n tune up and it's still running like a dream. Tim W is great. He took great care of our system while performing routine maintenance. He’s a great guy and I’m glad he was able to service our AC/Heating system. I hope he gets our assignments every time.
Reggie did a wonderful job. He is efficient and goes about his business and makes sure to keep things clean. Informs of what he did and give suggestions on what might need to be done. Aire Texas is a great company and very pleased with them.
Eric the technician provided excellent service. Provided guidance instruction and navigated a difficult steep roof line during service. Helped me program cellphone to set up Sensai wireless service and walk me through an explanation of how the system operates. I would definitely use this company in the event I need any work done for AC or heating. Thanks again Eric
Worked with a tech named Tim, he was awesome! Very professional and courteous the entire time, always treated me with respect and kindness. The office staff was super helpful and pleasant to work with, they sent me a text and made a phone call when the tech was 30 mins from my location. If ever needed, I will always choose to do business with these folks, they are top notch all the way!
Aire Texas has been servicing our home for a few years now and the quality has been excellent. Tim is knowledgeable, prompt and provides top notch service. I confidently recommend them to anyone looking for AC & Heating service or repair.
I’m signed up for the Fall/Spring AC and Heating maintenance program. Aire Texas has the best technicians! Nothing but good things to say, Tim was very professional and explained everything he found (or didn’t) during the maintenance visit in a way I can understand and educate me on steps I can take to make my air quality better. I highly recommend and wouldn’t use any other service.

latest update 10/01 - The company came to an agreement and resolved the situation to both parties interest I had to update my review as the office didnt address my concern. Today is one month since I reached out to them first and I still do not have my AC fixed. Everytime they visit, they recommend ordering a new part . I'm tired and sick of their service with 2 year old at home with no A/c in this heat. Also, the technician took my motor along with him after replacement without taking the permission from me. This is unprofessional and now he is says its in warehouse and not sure. Please do not use this business
Thanks to Shep and Chris for their work today, doing a new install and making sure everything was working right. They were professional and polite and made sure I understood everything before they left. Nice to have a company I know I can trust and is very easy to work with.
I was very pleased with Aire Texas and how timely and thorough they were with us. KC helped us pick out the best new system for our needs knew all of the offers and incentives to help keep the price in check. The equipment came in fast and the crew was extremely organized, clean and fast. Would fully recommend
Signed up for an annual maintenance contract, took them over 6 months to actually show up to do an annual service. Seems to never be able to return a phone call or follow-up on anything. But will continually try and sell you more and more service. buyer beware
I had a wonderful experience using Aire Texas from start to finish. The scheduling process was easy and received quick same day service. Technician Eric was extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy and provided options to get us back into cool air for now and long term. Will definitely recommend this company and will use them for future needs.
