Never have I had a company quote me a price and come through with the exact cost and no extra up charge. I couldn’t be happier with my experience
Had Sentex Heating and Cooling team come out to check my a/c unite because my electric bill were sky high last summer and found out I had a leak in my system. I was so impressed with how fast they got out to my house and on time. They were very nice showing me what the problem was and telling me the solutions to my problem. I was so impressed I went with them to replace my unite last month and couldn't be happier with there service.
Speedy, same-day service from Sentex Heating and Cooling to look at our especially noisy condenser unit. Ray was great: conscientious, courteous and knowledgeable. It's clear our HVAC system is on it's last legs and they've gone a long way to establishing my trust. They'll be my first call when replacement time comes.

Amazing service! Their employees have gone above and beyond multiple times in helping us keep our 100 year old house livable. Ray on our boiler, Kyle on our plumbing, and the technician on our HVAC have really done a wonderful job, especially in responding to emergencies. Would highly recommend Sentex Heating and Cooling as a one-stop shop for pretty much anything.
We purchased a house with ancient HVAC equipment. We quoted a number of companies for our new furnace and AC. Sentex Heating and Cooling's price was reasonable and they came highly recommended. When we signed up to do the job with them, they scheduled us quickly, their installers showed up on time, they were knowledgeable, courteous, did a very good job on the install. They never disappoint.
Called in the morning, advised tech would be out between 10am and 1 pm. Received call from tech at 12:50 advising it would be 90 minutes before he got there, driving from North Houston. Their office is minutes from my house! At 4pm I called to ask what happen? They weren't sure either, so I told them to forget it and cancelled the call. 45 minutes later a guy shows up at my door, English was very limited, No uniform or vehicle identification to the company, what the hell I let him in after about 30 minutes in the attic he comes down and states the furnace is shot. He calls their office to advise and for translation, the guy from the office tells us the blower motor is shot and it will cost $2100 to replace! Then the tech, advised with my daughter translating, The tech would do the job for $1300 the next day as a side job because the company was overcharging! We called a reputable company who did the job for $725.00 An HVAC blower motor replacement costs an average of $450 but anywhere from $150 to $2,000 to replace. It doesn't matter if you have a gas furnace, electric or heat pump, they all use an air handler blower motor to push the air throughout your home's ducts. I don't know where all the 5 star reviews came from, I would think friends and family members. Taking advantage of senior citizens and a veteran is SHAMEFUL.
Sentex was really helpful and communicative .He made sure from the very beginning that I had a full understanding of services I was paying for and what he was going to do. Quality of the workmanship was second to none and customer satisfaction was top notch.Would not hesitate recommending them
Duncan is very knowledgeable and professional. He took his time to explain and show me the problem with my unit and was able to fix it very quickly. He did an excellent job and went beyond to clean up his mess after he was done.Would definitely recommend them.
Sentex Heating and Cooling are outstanding. They answered the phone when I called and scheduled an appointment to come out for a furnace inspection. They arrived on time and performed a complete inspection on my furnace. Would certainly use them again.

We wouldn't use anybody else for our HVAC needs. These guys are very knowledgeable, friendly, and always do great work. They have been maintaining our unit for years and we are impressed with their work.

I had Sentex Heating and Cooling install my furnaces and air conditioners and clean the ducts. They were reasonably priced and never pressured me on a service I wasn't ready for. They were very thorough and competent in the whole service not leaving behind any error or mistake. Highly recommend them to all.
Mark did a great job of servicing our two furnaces, explaining the seasonal nuances of our system, and making some suggestions to help us run the system more economically. He is very easy to work with and knew exactly what to do. We were very pleased with the Sentex Heating and Cooling annual maintenance program.

Mark the technician arrived promptly and was totally knowledgeable and courteous.This is the company you should call if you need fast and reliable HVAC help. I was referred to Sentex Heating and Cooling by my next-door neighbor who is their regular customer and she spoke so well of them. I decided to call and was really glad I did. This company did a very professional job replacing our old furnace. Everything was explained in a language I could easily understand and the work was done to my satisfaction. Keep up the good work.
