I called several companies when my AC went out this evening and Mesa Heating & Air Conditioning was the only one who could get someone out tonight. He was here in about 30 minutes very professional, friendly, showed us what the issue was and our air is back up and running within 2 hours. Highly recommend.
I called to have my AC unit repaired. The technician came out and did a great job in fixing it. The service was friendly and fast. I will definitely use them again!
We had a great experience. Service was fast and professional. They showed up on time, did the job quickly and cleaned up after themselves. We would use them again if we have any more AC issues.
I was having trouble with my AC. I was excited to have the technician from My Air Conditioning Company over to my home. I enjoyed the fact that he gave me a reasonable quote for what he did for me. He made a good impression on me, and I have to say that he is one of the best technicians I have had in my home. He was very helpful and friendly as well.
The technician was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He did a great job explaining the furnace operation and testing the system. I will definitely use them again for my HVAC repair needs.
Fred and Mark are always on time and also the guys that work there are always very friendly and helpful. Makes you feel like a friend taking care of your equipment. Highly recommend Mesa Heating & Air Conditioning. Alex was my service tech and such a great guy and explained everything in complete detail.
We paid $200 for some guy (not sure he was an employee of Mesa if such a company really exist) and was over an hour late. Right off the bat he said it was our capacitor without even looking at it. When we said that could not be problem, he then said it was our coils. I am still not sure what we paid the $200 for. He didn't do anything nor did he tell us what the problem was. I would not use them again and I hope you read this so you do not have the unacceptable experience we had. Also, we called several places and they all go through the same answering services, I guess, since we spoke to the same guy on the phone twice!
I discovered a leak in my ceiling on Friday evening of memorial day weekend. I traced it back to the closet right above, where the heat pump was stored. I called Mesa Heating & Air Conditioning because they have 24 hour service. Just a few minutes after I spoke to the answering service the technician called me and asked me some questions, then told me how soon he would be there. He figured out the problem right away and was able to repair it. It was very reassuring to be able to I got a leak fixed ASAP.
James did an amazing job in offering service maintenance on our heating and AC system. He is very polite and worked very hard to make sure our system was running smoothly. He was very pleasant and polite. I was very impressed with the entire experience and would definitely recommend them.
After paying for their promotional annual maintenance plan, the technicians for this company never showed up for their appointment. Not only did they not show up, they never called or texted to notify us that they would miss the appointment. After rescheduling to following day, they once again did not show up or provide notification. Fortunately was able to receive a refund.
My partner and I had the home energy audit done in April and were searching to install a high efficiency furnace to take advantage of the rebates. We called about 5 different companies and while Mesa was not the cheapest, meeting with Robert made the difference. His crew was clean and courteous and installed the unit in only a few hours. Superb.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Especially if you have an urgent need. I called on Sunday to make an booking. They were great and made a booking for us on Monday between 8am - 11am. No one showed. I called at 11am and they said they had no idea where the tech was and would call me back once they got more info. Noon, I called them back because no one called me. Again, they said they had no idea where the tech was and they would call me back once they got more info. 1pm, I called them back and then was told that this person was only managing the booking and had no additional information and that the manager would call me back. The manager called me back and said I was still on the list for that day but had no idea when the tech would come. He said he would call the tech and find out what was going on. 1:30pm the tech called me and said that he had been booked for 9 appointments at the exact same time and there was no way he was coming out today. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Completely unprofessional!
I have subscribed to the yearly maintenance package with this company. They come twice a year to make sure the system is running smoothly. Their technicians are very friendly,professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend them.
Mesa Heating & Air Conditioning technicians were very knowledgeable, friendly, fast and reasonable. Despite calling for service just when the weather got warm, they did their best to get our AC running as fast as possible because one of our dogs has a heart condition and doesn't do well in the heat. I highly recommend them.
I highly recommend Mesa Heating & Air Conditioning. Our AC unit broke down at the worst moment. They sent out a technician who arrived earlier than we were expecting. He was very knowledgeable and professional.He solved our problem very quickly.Will highly recommend.

My AC just stopped working one hot afternoon. It was a big headache to us. We contacted Mesa Heating & Air Conditioning on a Saturday and they responded immediately. The tech inspected our AC and found that it was just a small problem. Our unit only needed minor adjustment. The techs handled the issue very professionally and efficiently. Excellent experience.
