I was referred to Dalton by a friend…I am SO happy I was, let me tell you. They were very responsive and quick to assist. The tech (Charlie) was at our house and could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable. Please believe me when I say these folks are TRUE professionals! We will be clients for LIFE!!!! Thank you so much!
We are so happy with our experience with Dalton, Aaron and Katy. Aaron did a thorough inspection on our units and gave us the peace of mind that they both were operating exactly as they should! Lesson learned not to listen to people that don’t know what they’re talking about 😂
We had a great experience with Dalton AC & Heating. We started off with an assessment of our current system with Charlie. Charlie was thorough in his explanation and expectations moving forward . He went above and beyond educating the science behind the A/C system. He was not pushy at all when reviewing choices for different types of systems, which we greatly appreciated. It helped that he was readily available when we had follow up questions. The crew that came out were professional. After they finished installing everything, they cleaned up any debris that was left over. Cadie and Mimi were always helpful and had great communication throughout the process. Cadie also assisted with arranging someone from the city of Pearland to come out to inspect everything and worked with our schedule. We highly recommend Dalton AC & Heating!
Dalton has been my A/C installer and maintenance provider for the last 6 years. Both Charlie and Aaron are excellent technicians and the dispatcher, Katie is super nice. When we were rebuilding after Harvey, James was the first contractor on site and personally came out to get us on track.
Easy to schedule, office personnel were very professional on the phone. Charlie came to my house to fix my issue. Very professional and knowledgeable. Spent the proper amount of time testing everything and figuring out the problem, and repairs were completed on the spot. He arrived well within the appointment window, and communication was great - got a text when we was on his way, and I could even track how close he was so I could tell about when he would arrive. Overall well done, would definitely use Dalton again.

Dalton Air provided outstanding service and only repaired what was necessary my unit. Charlie was super helpful explaining everything and gave me honest feedback with my questions.
Aaron did a fantastic job trouble shooting the AC issues I was having. He showed up on time and worked hard until he found the issue.

Professional, courteous, trustworthy…a few adjectives I’d use to describe this company in a, otherwise shady, industry. They’ve been servicing my house for many years and I will use them for every AC need I have moving forward.
We always have good phone service from Katy . She is professional and always responds. Charlie is always our service technician. He is trustworthy. He is also very professional and represents the company well. We have used Dalton for many years.
Everyone is very nice and very experienced. The technicians are full of valuable information about preventive maintenance on your ac. They are the only ac people I will ever use. Highly recommend to anyone

Had to have ducts replaced due to a possum’s hunger to eat through the ducts. I called Dalton Air and requested Charlie. I met him when he did repairs for my b-n-l. Charlie is very personable and takes the time to explain and educate re process. The team that did the installation was very courteous and nice. Cadie was very personable re scheduling. I definitely recommend Dalton’s.

I called Tuesday, Aaron came out the next day to work on our A/C that wasn’t cooling correctly …. He was on time & kept me up to date with texts as to his eta…. There was still an issue so at 4 pm I called Ms. Katy, and she sent Charlie out immediately…. He tweaked something and it’s working great now. They are all nice professional and very responsive. My in-laws have used them for years and have also had great service…. Thanks so much Katy & Charlie & Aaron!!!
