The service technician John was extremely professional and made notes regarding the size of ladder needed to reach my roof-3 stories and was able to access from the upstairs balcony. He was extremely courteous and explained both the system maintenance & the necessary filter replacements I will definitely have him back. The company is great and the receptionist is friendly and helped me to reschedule the first appt due to my work schedule. They originally installed my a/c unit and I can’t say enough about the experience. Highly recommend

Called a few different AC companies and they couldn't get to us until the next few days. These guys came out and fixed my AC really quickly. Very polite and professional. Will be using and recommending Comfort Air and Heat to all our friends and neighbors.

Our go to company any time we have AC issues. We’ve used them a handful of times over the last few years and have always had a great experience! They always come out in a timely manner and get the job done quickly.
My AC was giving me issues and Comfort Air & Heat came out that same day and diagnosed the problem. Very reliable, honest and professional company. A lot of the other guys out there will try and sell you on products you don't really need to make the extra money. These guys wont!
