Robert Britt was awesome and all the employees are. The repair was very minor ,just a little low of freon. We were very pleased 😀. Thank you Clear The Air for being there for us in this unbearable heat.
The technician, Thomas, diagnosed the issue much better than a different pro I had tried earlier. Even though he didn't immediately have the valve needed for the repair on hand, he gave me confidence that the issue would be resolved very soon. I also found the estimate for the repair was very fair. I'd recommend the company to anyone who still has an R-22 system in need of repairs like me. Communication with the main office was a bit rough at first but I'm sure they are just swamped with requests given the time of the year and the temperatures around. Update: the valve was replaced by Raul and his crew. They tested to make sure the weld was good and was not leaking, then refilled the system, which seems to be working much better now.
I rarely leave reviews for businesses. I’ve used Clear the Air for a while and they always go above and beyond. My tech, Jacob Fletcher, was amazing. Really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Extremely thankful for the work done by Jacob and Clear the Air.
On time and explained everything as he went along. Very nice pleasant.
Robert Britt is an excellent service tech and walked me through everything, I could not have asked for anything more from a Technician. Now…. The reason for the three stars. The Liquid drier on my ac is bad, the liquid drier costs 100 bucks max and a tank of Freon is 400 bucks. So why is it that a 1-2 hr job is 3200 dollars?? I expected to spend 1000-1200, time and labor. Make sure to shop around before choosing, and watch out for that hidden “service call” fee. That could be an unexpected 100 dollar charge you didn’t know about.

Carlos did a great job and was quick to find the problem . He also explained in detail about the warranty on the particular part in question . Very nice and respectful tech .

Robert Britt was onsite 6/22 /2023 and today for my annual A/C maintenance service.Robert walked me through the recommendations for corrective repairs and duct work estimate. Professional and Knowledgeable. Completing the service work and taking the time go over the service performed. By far the best technician I’ve seen so far with Clear the Air.
Robert Britt was my tech & he was very thorough & explained what he did & how my system was doing. Friendly & knowledgeable. He didn't make me feel pressured in to buying anything. Which i totally appreciated. Patient with my questions but not pushy. Will definitely recommend to my friends
My appointment was between. 8AM and noon. I called at 1130 and was told that the job that he was at before ran longer. I asked why I wasn't notified that he would be outside the window. Jeff the manager said it was out of their control. Since when is a courtesy call out of their control. I asked if there would be any compensation since I had taken off a full morning of work and will now have to take the full day. No, sorry out of our control. Why is it that every industry, other than repair people, are judged on customer service. Do they not realize that you are taking off of work, losing money, yet no compensation. I would not recommend this company. Would give then zero stars if possible. AND, Jeff is the worst manager possible. All of that aside, Robert Britt, the technician that was sent out was very nice. After calling his manager to get the quote for the work needing to be done, they ended up giving me a discount because of the lack of communication. I'm very thankful.
Thomas Sanders came out and did a great job. They are very busy but they do great work. They have issues like any company but I’ve dealt with them long enough to say that when you have an issue, they make it right and get the job done to your satisfaction. Great company.
2018: Robby H came out and diagnosed an outside condenser issue. (Needed and outside condenser replacement) He took his time and showed me where the leak was. It was easy to see he was correct. Trey installed my outside condenser a week or so later. A few weeks later Robby came out because the new unit was freezing up. Come to find out there was another leak but this time in the inside coils. Again, I was met with a tech that took time and showed me the copper corrosion and where the leak was. Trey was the one that came out and installed the inside coils as well. 2021: Clear the air did an electric to gas furnace conversion. Robby bid the job during a yearly maintain call and Pinc installed. No issues. Service manager had the coil cabinet built just for my job. Very professional! 2023: Robert B came out because my outside unit was not turning off. He opened the service panel annd found the contacts were stuck. He ran a few test to see if the part was faulty and every time he tested it it would stay closed. Because Robby H advised me to purchase the parts and labor warranty with my outside condenser purchase I was able to get my unit repaired for $45 4.5 years later. Robert was personable and knew his stuff. Heard Robby H is now the service manager. Well deserved. Thanks for all you do!
