Jorge Murillo was an awesome tech very professional and he relit the hotwater heater again. It appears to me that the brand of "Reehm" hotwater heaters are NOT ALL that they are cracked up to be. Time will tell IF it has a defect and to be honest, I am not impressed with the Reehm hotwater heater. For the price that I paid for this RHEEM hotwaterheater, it should not have malfunctioned in 3 days! I am NOT very satisfied with it at all.
Simply outstanding service. Due to temperatures one of the water heaters turned off, needed to be restarted.

They did a great job...a bit pricier than I expected, but long-term peace of mind has its own value. Thanks for the good service. 3 weeks later...the pilot light went out. They came next day, restarted pilot light. Could just be a fluke, but they said if it happens again they'll replace the gas control module. A week or two later. Pilot light out again. They came out the same day and replaced the gas control module as promised. Very pleased with service responsiveness.

I had three companies assess my HVAC issue, all told me it needed complete replacement and listed multiple ‘possible’ issues with it but never pinpointed a definitive problem for steep estimates. A family member recommended calling 1-800-PLUMBER+AIR which I hadn’t considered initially since I live in the medical center area. I am so glad I followed through. After assessing the system, Edward told me flat out what the problem was and patiently took the time to break down the issue to provide solutions that other companies had only grasped as possibilities. Edward was professional, straightforward, confident that it could be repaired and did not need complete replacement. He was tactful in warning the other part only had a couple years before I needed to worry, but fixing the unit would buy time to save for the other portion. The prices they offered was $1000s cheaper than the other estimates, even the quote to replace the whole unit, and already included the crane since my unit is located on the roof. I hired them for that week and the entire team efficiently replaced my entire HVAC (yes, the price and warranty were that fair) before 3pm the same day they started. I can say, after having four total companies assess my HVAC problem, Edward was the one who made the decision of which company to follow through with easy. If you want honest and experienced confidence in diagnosis, real-life and polite phone operators/coordinators, fair pricing, respectful consideration towards your home, and efficiency… 1-800-PLUMBER+AIR is my recommendation. I’ll be calling them if I need anything else in the future.
I am very pleased with Mason and the company. I have had a few things done by Mason and have had no issues. Plumbing installation and Water pipe leak. Prices are very reasonable as well.

Technician was on time and very knowledgeable. The cost was a little high for the job but he did take a little off the total because the job didn’t take as long as he thought it would. Job well done!
