Be careful when using this company. They will way over charge you on the time they spend at your home. They charge close to $200.00 every time they supposedly come to your home. Make sure you log the times they go to your home. (I disputed charge still did not help me with the facts I had). Will not use this company again.

Went in to buy some plumbing parts.. The secretary #1 never spoke to me/too busy talking about somebodys hair on the phone to be bothered. #2 she looked at me like i was there to rob the damn place. #3 as a small business owner i support others likewise in my area. But ...ill be .going to ace hardware in the future. Yall need to step up your game people.

I do not recommend this company to anyone! They took 3 days to actually come from when the appointment was set. Two guys come they see what problem is they leave come back about 2-3 hours later they fix the problem within 20 min or so (install a trap in the shower drain). We are billed 3 hours for their time! We paid over $500.00. They never explained we were responsible for the time they were driving around town "looking for parts" that is absolutely ridiculous!

I called on a Wednesday and was able to schedule an appointment for Thursday Morning. Joe arrived and listened as i described the problems I had with the clogged pipes. He immediately went to the roof and snaked through the vent line and cleared the problem. Joe was very friendly and professional. The cost was actually lower than I expected. I highly recommend Stephens Plumbing.

Had Stephens Plumbing out to fix a leak in the shower. The man they sent out was dirty and tracked dirt all over our bedroom carpet after being in the wet shower. Took near 3 weeks for them to fix a check valve and charged over $500. The guy admitted he was new and wasn't sure what to do. I will never have them back!!

In 2008 My general contractor hired Stephen's plumbing to do all of the plumbing work on my new commercial building. I had problems from day one. Problem one: While running sewer lines they neglected to see an ice maker that was clearly marked on the plans so to this day I have no drain and had to do a makeshift pump to run my ice maker. Problem two: They (without asking) installed an extremely inefficient electric water heater that is 4 times as big as is needed. They had also installed my gas lines and could have easily run a gas line to it as well. Problem three (and it is a big one): They installed all plastic lines in my building and connected them with an inferior clamp system that has now failed 6 times in four years. They did take care of the first few but on my last call Kyle told me I was on my own and to not bug him with any more leaks. Problem four: They installed non ADA complaint fixtures in the restrooms and all of them had to be replaced or lowered. I would have thought that a professional plumber would have been familiar with the ADA. Problem five: They installed two wall mounted sinks. One sink had a mounting screw run through the water line in the wall causing yet another leak. The second sink was merely screwed into the sheet rock and literally fell off the wall when the clamp holding the line behind the wall sprung a leak. Problem six: To date nearly every roof vent for the sewer lines have leaked and had to be resealed. I am a business owner as well and understand that any service business has the potential for a mistake here and there. But with Stephens plumbing every thing they touched was done poorly.
