Mark was a very nice man. He listened to what I had to say was wrong with my air- conditioning. He changed out a part & it fixed it. He is a life saver in these hot temperatures. Thank u so much
Called Redhawk after calling a couple other 24 hour companies the night prior. Was initially told it wouldn't be until the afternoon, but was pleasantly surprised when Ramona called me back to tell someone would be at my house much earlier. System is 13 years old and was installed by Redhawk in 2010. No one tried to pressure me into replacing major, costly components. Mark went right to the problem and found a blown 80 uf capacitor that was preventing my compressor motor from starting. Whole process took about 15 minutes before I had cold air blowing again. Will absolutely use Redhawk again in the future when I have HVAC needs.
Mark is the only person I’ll use when needing a/c help. He is professional as well as friendly and explains everything he is doing including all your options. Very pleased with everything he has done not only today but in times past. Highly recommend his services to everyone that asks me .

A/C unit was not working properly and of course with my luck everything breaks on weekends for me.. So 1st thing Monday morning I called Redhawk heat and air. At the end of the line a lady by the name of Romona answered very sweet and professional. Let's just say by 10am I had Mark at my door. I SO RECOMMEND Redhawk the services they do are on a timely matter, professional and price was reasonable and affordable. THANKS Mark and Romona .

The service was fantastic! Mark is very knowledgeable and friendly, he worked with me to find the unit and price I was happy with. Ramona worked with me to get the install scheduled before a freeze spell hit. The install was fast and looks good, the crew found some issues from the prior install and Mark gave me recommendations on how to get them resolved. I called Redhawk because my AC wasn’t cooling properly. Within three hours, they were at my house ready to help. Mark quickly diagnosed the problem, made repairs, and had my house cooling again!
