Had plumber out to unclog sewer line. Spent 3 hours $375 and was unable to identify issue. Would not recommend this business for plumbing issues.
National Heating installed my GENERAC GENERATOR.....service has been outstanding....Mark and Brandon were very professional and polite....I would highly recommend National Heating.

Quick and easy unload of frieght.
Called for a tech to come check a gas smell and after asking the tech a few questions I decided to tell him never mind coming. He was very rude after that and told me " I HOPE YOUR HOUSE BLOWS UP". I've tried getting answers from office personnel and still 24 hours later nothing. The only person that has apologized is the woman that answers the phone. Not even the Vice President has apologized. Therefore I am going to file an official complaint with authorities. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

National is 2 for 2 with us! In the same week we had water all over our kitchen floor and then our AC stopped blowing cold air a few days later. In both instances they were extremely quick to get there, diagnose the problem, and get it fixed. Thanks Logan and Mike! We won't be calling anyone else from here on out!
Staff were very honest, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!! Had to order a new blower motor, put in a loaner until mine came in. Great service, very prompt. Pays to go with an established reputable organization.

It was a pleasure working with this company, from dispatch to plumber. Robert worked quickly and professionally to repair a leak. I really like that I was offered several repair options from the cheapest "band-aid" to full replacement and a few options in between. Very professional and they do good work.

Do business with this company at your own risk. I called to have 2 shower valves replaced. The service guy (Robert) came to my house to take a look at it. I had the knobs off so he could see the valves so he knew what parts were needed. He said he would be back the next morning with the valves to do the repair. He came the next morning to change out the valves. I showed him to the back bedroom to the shower and left him there to do his work. He finished in about 15 minutes and came to my office and said he would bring me the ticket. $125 for the service and $30 for the "Delta" parts. The next day, I took the shower knobs off to go get new one, only to see the the valves behind the knobs were the same. He simply fixed the one that was leaking and charged me for new parts. I called them and began to explain that I had some work done. As soon as she heard it was a complaint, she offered to take my number and call me back because they were in a "meeting." Six hours later I called back and she answered the phone. I asked to speak with the manager. She found out who I was and said ok and put me on hold for about 5 seconds, only to get back on the phone and tell me that the manager is gone for the day and will not be there the next day either. In other words don't bother calling back tomorrow. I told her ok, I would just put that in my Google review. She said "OK THANK YOU." As promised, 10 minutes later as I was writing my review when the phone rang. It was another manager (not the one that was "gone for the day") who said she "came out of a meeting" to call me. I told her what happened, and from he tone of her voice I could tell this was common practice. Her resonse was, "I'll send him a note to see what he says." "I check with him to see what happened." "We'll see what went wrong." She said she would call me the next day. The next day came and went and I heard nothing from them. I seriously doubt that I'm the first victim of this company. They were very prompt and professional in coming to our home and replacing our Water Heater, which was going out. We had other issues with a leak in our kitchen which was repaired very promptly. I would definitely recommend National Heating and Plumbing. Very Professional and Kind!
