Sal showed up promply at 4:45 on short notice with right parts in hand and stayed till after 9pm replacing and re charging system. I slept good last night. Thanks Sal!
The technician that was sent was a very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional individual. He explained everything so I could understand what was happening. Best technician I have ever worked with. Very good job done.
Had two ac companies come by and try to repair my ac, one way and d&d one way swapped fan and that's all they could do, unit didn't work .d&d checked capacitor and doomed the system, that it would need replaced, loving electric sent Sal and within 20 mins he had system running ,awesome job by sal

Customer Service is amazing! I love that they trust service, bill and pay later! I can always count on them to get us up and running when we have any issues in both summer or winter almost immediately! Loving....its in the name!
The Driver of truck #4 needs to learn what the speed limit is on 42nd Street. And stop using the roads as his own personal race track. Dodging and weaving through traffic like he's trying to win the race. SLOW DOWN!!
