Came in an hour and had my house cooling off by mid afternoon on a Saturday! Great company and service all around!
These guys are so great! They came the same day I called. They were quick and offered information that saved me more than $150. The AC works! And after 5 days without AC in this week of 110+ temps, I'm grateful. Will be recommending them to everyone!

Our ac went out awhile back and after receiving a few quotes we knew we couldn’t afford the new unit at the time. Fast forward to us having the funds to replace our ac we went back to get updated quotes. The quotes were all over the place which made us nervous because this is a lot of money to spend and not get what you need. Thank the Lord above my grandpa gave me this number to call and said he had used them for years (he owns rental properties). I gave Stephanie a call and she and her husband Scott came out on a Friday night and looked at our unit and had a quote back to us by Monday morning. The first time meeting them my husband and I KNEW they were our people. We got our quotes back and decided on a unit, they showed up that Thursday and had it done in about 2 hours !!! I cannot say enough good things about these people and the services they offer. They are the sweetest and most down to earth people and we felt so taken care of. We genuinely knew they had our family’s best interest at heart and now we are CHILLIN in the ac with no problems and a little money to spare. If you need any air conditioning repair work or installation I HIGHLY advise you give them a call. You will not regret it!! And you may just meet a new friend ❤️❤️ I would rate them a million stars if I could !!

I can't say enough awesome things about this business! Not only are Scott and Stephanie two if the nicest people in all of Texas, but they came within moments after I first contacted for an estimate on installing my mini split ac. They well underbid the previous person that came to estimate the job. They acquired the parts needed for my job quickly and within a week I was literally chillin'. The work they did was also very neat. I had a custom installation because I am in an RV. It was no problem at all for Scott and his team. I won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone that asks.
They were very efficient. Reasonable prices. Called them and the same day they came out.
Hey these guys deliver very professional and friendly saved my day worked me in no questions asked showed up a smile! Highly recommended! They had a full schedule with one person in the office but she was ready to go,she kept her word and showed up to save the day! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
I like how they are there to fixed what is needed and they don't try to sell you something new. Many companies just try to sell you something but not Kool Kats , great service!!
This heating and Air conditioning company is great. I have used several in town for years who did not measure up, but finally found one I can trust. They provide wonderful service and are very reasonable with their costs. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of air conditioning repair or replacement. True Story: If husband can't lite you up KoolKatz can! Our heater wasn't heating. The pilot was off husband wasn't able to turn it on... Great people!!! They also installed our minisplit!!!!

I would give them 10 stars but that isn't an option. Kool Katz showed up on time and gave me some great advice/recommendations and did a fantastic job on my system. Great price, customer service, and installation.

Absolute lifesavers! They got me out of a bind a couple of nights ago (88⁰ in the house at night) and they have earned my business for life. Finding somebody that won't drag their feet at 10:30 p.m. says A LOT about a company and the people who run it. Great price. Great work. They get to you ASAP and get stuff done.
Scott and Stephanie are great people. I’ve been a customer of theirs for years with another company for work and personal. Great work ethic and professionalism are why they have their own company now. Recently used them to install a new system at my home and beyond pleased with their work. Replaced the indoor and outdoor system within a few hours. Very knowledgeable about the service they provide. I would recommend them over any other company to anyone needing any kind of hvac work!!
