My AC went out Tuesday night. I set up an appointment for Wednesday. The technician Zeke, came out and diagnosed the problem. Needed new equipment. He & another technician came back Thursday and installed it. Now my house is cooling off nicely. And its 106 degrees outside! Thanks men.
I called HVAC Experts today for an issue with my AC. The first person on the phone was very nice and asked if I had checked the breakers, and I had before calling. The AC was running but wasn’t putting out cold air. Luis arrived, and got right to work troubleshooting the issue. Luis got out his gauges and started looking at the numbers on the line going in, the line going to the AC. Luis added a little Freon, and advised the system was probably over working due to the triple digit temperatures. Luis recommended going to a temperature a little higher during the day so the unit doesn’t have to work so hard. I like the strait forward not pulling any punches. You have to be able to let the unit take a rest so it’s not running all the time. Thank you HVAC Experts for the excellent response and service.
Immediately found the issue and gave price to repair,worked quickly and got my AC running in no time😃. I like the fact that they actually send the name and the picture of the person/technician before they arrive. Definitely recommend.

The technician (Fabian) did a great job on our A/C unit. He is very professional, knowledgeable and fast. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the parts installed getting us up and running. I definitely recommend this company to anyone needing A/C repair. Thanks!

Altogether great experience with HVAC Experts. The lady on the call was friendly. My appointment time was moved forward about 10 hours which made me very happy. Brandon showed up on time and ready to work. He diagnosed the problem an had me running again in about an hour. Brandon was professional, friendly and he didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly!
Luis is a trooper. It's hot, hot outside yet he was so helpful. Whenever I asked him a question, he gave me an answer. When I needed a process explained, he did so. Thank you so much for making this a tolerable experience.
