Technicians that showed up were very friendly. They listened to my description of the problem, offered most likely reasons for it, discussed alternate reasons and possible solutions starting with the easiest and then got straight to work. They had the problem fixed in just under an hour and so far the problem hasn’t reappeared. I am VERY happy overall and wouldn’t hesitate to call again. I can offer no opinion on price as it was well within what I was comfortable paying not to have to deal with the problem myself. 🤷♂️

I gave my phone number twice because the husband was out of town training. I asked the gentleman to call me not the husband. They ended up calling my husband while he was in training. Never did they call me. Very frustrating!
On time and a job well done.
Our a/c went out Tues night and they came out the next day. Taylor diagnosed the issue in under an hour, explained it was a bigger issue than expected and let me know he had a free more service calls but would return later. At 730pm I assumed I’d see him the next day but he came back with the part needed! He would had it fixed but the fan blade was stuck and he had to take it to the shop to get the blade off. He fixed it by 11am after making his morning calls to stay on schedule. They were professional, explained everything to me, quick and kept their word even though he had to come back after hours. It was a little expensive but it was a bigger problem, we have cold air now. Thank you for being prompt!! Will definitely recommend to anyone needing a/c repair.

I hired City Plumbing in Odessa to fix a toilet not flushing properly. They fixed the flushing problem but created a new leak when they were done. They told me the leak was because the pipe coming out of the wall was crooked and I needed to tear out the wall to fix even though it was not leaking when they started. I called the City Plumbing office and they confirmed the assessment. I hired Four Seasons plumbing for a second opinion. Four Seasons Plumbing fixed the leak that City Plumbing created and could not fix.
Joey took the time to discuss my issues and had his crew out on time. City saved me $3,000 over another plumbing company's solution to my problem.

Everything went smoothly, Taylor was very helpful with any questions we had, and was very professional. They replaced the ac fan motor outside.
This is not the first time using City Plumbing and they came in and assessed the issue, recommended the repairs needed, and also advised of potential issues that could arise after starting the job si that I would be prepared for a larger job. Great job completing repairs.
Replaced 4 shut off valve in bathrooms
Gas line replacement. Very courteous and hard working. Kinda pricey but worth it for a hot shower.
