We got a whole new unit installed inside and after a day water leaked all over the filter and tore it up, we called and they came and resolved the issue. Now a year later the blower burned out even though i was changing the filter regularly (We were promised a good unit beforehand). Now they do not have the part to repair the unit and we have to wait 10 days in the middle of July. They were not able to outsource the part as well. How unprepared.
They put a unit too big in the area so u can NOT shut the door anymore. We didn’t realize they didn’t hook it up correctly and it leaked water on the sub floor which of course go up into my hardwood floors ruining them. Yes they came out and fixed the leak but owner says it’s NOT HIS PROBLEM. Refuse to return my phone call. I have approximately 6 foot by 5 foot damaged hard wood floors and I’m told they didn’t do it. I guess we imagined the guy who came and fixed the leak. Oh they told my spouse he was getting a discount because of his line of work. Instead they took my ac unit that was less than 4 years old with a 10 year warranty for this discount.
not.very happy with their service , Their have very poor on response on phones calls , emails even text. Its even worse with one co owner Jeremiah.
Israel and his crew are awesome! Israel gave me a quote in record breaking time. I love that! And once we talked about my unit old and the soon to be new, I accepted his bid. Boom! I am so appreciative of how this business is run and the customer service. From the professional lady that answered my phone call to Israel and his crew. Many thanks!
Highly recommend this company . Frank came out and checked out my unit and got it running again . He was quick and answered all of my questions . Definitely will be using them from now on .
They were very prompt to get my unit installed. They worried about my comfort first and payment later. Definitely a company to do business with! All of the staff, from the office to the field were so nice throughout the entire experience. In addition, I just received my first electric bill since the installment and it was 1/3 of was I was previously paying! It was well worth the cost! Thank you Artic Air!!
Called numerous people, these guys squeezed us in in a decent tike si our indoor animals would have ac. Very professional said 20 mins was here in 15 got the ac fixed in under an hour. Will use again

Arctic Air was a completely pleasant experience from the phone call to the service call !!!! Super friendly employees who were helpful and attentive. Service repairman, Frank, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He patiently explained what was happening with our system and gave us instructions on continued care and maintenance that we could do ourselves. He stayed for a few minutes after fixing our unit to ensure it would be ok. Overall they were outstanding in our books!!!
With so many companies to choose from, Artic Air is definitely the way to go! I felt like I was in great hands from the get-go. It's understandable every AC company is busy during the summer but they scheduled me in an acceptable timly manner. Quick and arriving ON time is huge for me. Time is money and it wasn't wasted. Professional and respectful. The tech was very informative about the problem and solution to the issues. No worries about add-on's or a surprise charge for something I wasn't expecting. Pricing was comparable, fair, and it was thoroughly explained. Its hard to find the whole package with any company these days but Artic Air takes the cake, and has a whole jar of cherries on top! Highly recommend, and would use them again!

Frank Garcia an amazing technician that’s very informative patient and professional. He went above and beyond to help me out to get my AC working even made a special trip to town to get a Part in a timely manner. He is the man to ask for.
