Best customer service ever from any contractor. Found my issue, explained it in detail, gave great advice, and a great price too. Will recommend them to everyone I know. I wish him great success.
This place wasted multiple days of my inspection period by selling me a service and then failing to render that service during the scheduled time slots for 2 days in a row. Not only am I disappointed in their lack of concern for my schedule, but now I’m left scrambling to find a replacement.
James reviewed the existing system and considered any issues with a new AC installation. He fully explained the available options. Once contracted, the installation by the very experienced team went very smoothly. They took care in and around the house and completed the work in a day.
Joy Heating and Cooling , has been our contractor for over a decade. Their techs have installed systems for us and other family members and always delivered on price and the work. The owner is always happy to explain the difference in cost and performance between different systems. And he's also bailed us out on short notice when we've had any problems, as in two days ago in the late evening when our thermostat quit and we had no heat. Recommend without reservation.

With so many HVAC companies out there, how do you differentiate one from another? Call Joy Heating and Cooling and you will then know how to stand apart from the rest. A great business plan includes 1st class customer service and great follow through. Excellent company.100% recommended.
