The tech, Will, pinpointed the problem quickly and fixed it. He was very friendly and gave me some pointers to maintain my outside unit. I was given a one hour window and he was there within that time frame which was highly appreciated. It's refreshing to have a company who is actually trustworthy in this area.

We had an issue with our ac unit not kicking in. Owen came out and help us with a new Thermostat and now we have ac. Owen was so friendly,professional and honest. Guys A/C & Heating Company installed a new A/C system at my house to replace the old unit that was 23 years old. The salesman recommended some changes to make the system work more efficient. They installed the system in less than a day, cleaned up and could not tell they were even there. The modifications worked just as he had explained, all rooms were evenly cool and comfortable. Would highly recommend using this company. Reasonable price for the quality system they put in.

David, Frank, and Jose did a phenomenal job on replacing my central air conditioning and heating system today! David called to tell me his exact eta. They were in and out of here in just a few hours. David went over the operation of my new thermostat for the ICP 4 ton 16 seer unit with heat pump. I couldn't believe how quickly the house was heating and cooling when they were checking the system. They left the place clean after the installation. Then, after they left, I couldn't believe how quite it was. I was standing right in front of the return when the A/C kicked on and I could barely hear it running, same with outside unit. So quite. I just thought that my original system was good. This one goes beyond my expectations. I can hardly wait to see my winter electric bills, as they are always the highest 3 months of the year. Thank you, Guy's! I'm looking forward to your regular preventative maintenance visits for years to come! Also, thank you for coming out on Saturday to fix my old unit! I called that morning and you came that morning. Unfortunately, the unit outside had caught fire and needed to be replaced. And truly, it was time for a whole new unit. I've been concerned for a couple years now that something like this could happen any day and wasn't quite sure that I would be able to afford it. Guy's offered an easy finance plan that made the whole process less painful. Once I decided on the unit I wanted to go with, their guys were out here the next day installing it and by lunchtime I was good to go again. Thanks again for your immediate service when I needed you!

Owner of the company was reachable and responsive. Staff answering phone at main office was friendly. Installation staff was prompt, completed installation quickly, and cleaned up well after themselves. They worked in a way that we were able to go about our normal daily activities in the house. This company was hired through Homedrpot 10 years ago to install a full HVAC system including air ducts. I recently moved back into the residence and had this company that was on maintenance agreement for 10 years possibly 11 to conduct its biannual inspection. Upon my occupancy, I called the company because I noticed a number of things that were not working with the system which should have been taken care of doing the maintenance of the system. One duct/vent was not working and the inside unit was leaking. During the first visit, the personnel didn’t even look under the house to determine where the leak was coming from so he had to come back out and he did not document that I said one of the vents was not blowing. By the way it was the middle of ithe summer. Although I requested them to repair whatever was necessary they did not return to repair and I called them for two months asking why they did not come back to repair what was indicated in their inspection. no return and no response from them. I find it troubling that a company that installs such equipment is not willing to maintain and repair the equipment and as to customer service, it is very poor. I informed the company that I would make this review and was told go right ahead. I would not recommend this company for anyone and more importantly Homedepot should remove them from their contracting HVAC equipment. This company also failed to insulate the house after installing a brand new HVAC unit. Would never recommend this company.

After getting three different estimates for a new HVAC installation, I was thrilled when Guy’s came back over 2K less than the other three companies. Chad Turner the president of the company was extremely professional and Duane and Logan did a wonderful job as the installers. My a/c wasn’t out yet but it was definitely on the blink being that it was 16 yrs old. I would recommend their services and great pricing to ANYONE who is in the market for one. It’s going to be a hot Houston summer and I won’t be sweating it!!

Stay far away, technician came out and said it was low on freon and the R22 was so expensive, he used a replacement freon that destroyed the compressor and charged me $600+ for it. If there was a zero star option I'd take it. Brought in another AC repairmen, who let me know the attic unit had a piston with a jammed valve. He drained the freon, and changed the valve for $15. He also replaced the outside unit because of the compressor. Went from a $10k new unit, to a $2k job. Sorry sorry sorry SOBs.
