We have used Homestead Heating And Cooling for many years. Chris has been our technician for the vast majority of the time. I would recommend him to everyone. He is that good and professional.
Homestead was wonderful! We got a bid from them and within the week our AC unit and furnace were installed! Dan and the rest of the crew were easy to work with and very professional. Financing was a breeze as well, very quick! We are so happy with the new AC and it feels so nice to be cool in my home again! Thanks guys!
I will never use this company. I am extremely disappointed in the technician’s lack of knowledge/service and lack of support in their customer service department. A technician came out today because our upstairs was showing 78 on our thermostat since Monday. He showed up with no flash light and told us there was nothing wrong with it and left. I have been calling since 3:00 pm today, called on four different occasions and all of which I was told a manager would call me asap. It’s now 7:30 pm and I have heard from no one. One rep told me to go check the ducts to see if I could fix it myself. Another rep said he had the power to get other technician out there as late as we needed to resolve the issue- and scheduled no one for us. The reason we called this company was because they are the professionals. I’m surprised by the raving reviews because our experience was far from what has been described by others. I have asked for a report to show what was checked and no one came seem to access it either to prove what was checked.
We were extremely happy with the work and professionalism of Dan, Collins and Nick. They went above and beyond. They cleaned up their work area, they were respectful and did a top notch install. We would highly recommend Homestead Heating And Cooling, very satisfied.
AC not cooling. Submitted service request online Sat; rcvd call Sun morning to schedule Mon pm visit. The technician was polite, professional and quickly isolated the cause. He also found some air flow issues from when my unit was replaced years back (huge help to air flow at vents!). Very fair price for the parts and labor and with them, I got the additional explanation and actual checking of other potential issues or future possible problems for the service fee (not extra). Will be my good-to in future.
The Homestead Heating And Cooling team has been a great find for us.Honest, clean and professional service. We've used them to replace three HVAC units in our house over the past two years and their recommendations and the equipment have cut our power bills significantly. Will definitely recommend them.
Homestead Heating And Cooling serviced our old furnace and found the issue very quickly and delivered a crack in heat exchanger. Replaced with new furnace. Fantastic job, looks and works great. I recommend this company and will use again.

I've had such a great experience using these guys. I felt very taken care of by Jose. He explained the issue with my furnace and how he was going to handle the repair. He presented a reasonable estimate for the work and did it on the spot. He was easy to work with, super knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. I'm a customer for life.
Excellent service from the beginning to the end. Very prompt & extremely courteous. Jose showed up to our home and jumped straight to work. He diagnosed our furnace unit and explained every detail to me in terms I could easily understand and made sure he showed me everything he was looking at. Our unit was working great again after 20 mins.
We called in the evening for an urgent furnace repair. The crew from Homestead Heating And Cooling were able to come out within two hours and worked on our furnace within one hour. The final work was great. We really appreciate the professionalism and excellent work that the tech offered to us. We were very satisfied and will definitely recommend to others.
