Worst customer service I have experienced in the valley. NEVER answers phone or texts though they post 24hrs on their hours. 6 days before contacted me after work order was opened even through 100+temps. Once appointment was scheduled they never showed up or called. Absolutely stay away from this company.
This company has been a Total nightmare to work with. They NEVER answer the phone, they do NOT return phone calls or text messages. I have NEVER come across such an unprofessional company they lack basic communication skills and common courtesy. I have been waiting for over a month to be contacted by this company so they can repair my A/C thru, American Homeshield, to this day I have yet to be contacted with an update for a repair date or any kind of update at all. It is 100+ degrees outside and I have small children and they could not careless about the families that they impact. If they were unable to complete a work order they should not have accepted it. They are a complete and total nightmare.

They told me to be on Friday around 2 pm to check AC never show up or answer the phone then Rick (owner) told me is gone a be at 9am Saturday and guess what, never get to my house and of course never answer the phone the only way he answer the phone is if you call for different number.... stay away of this unprofessional company.... Yes I cancel the service because you told at 9am the tech was on the way and I cancel the service around 2pm... is total unprofessional company STAY AWAY OF THIS *******
Very upset with this company we were left without air for three days because they forgot to turn our air back on & our heater does not work and they were suppose to fix it and told us after taking a whole day of trying to come and trying to fix it they said they would be back today with the part. In a span of 5 days they would never answer us and we would call like crazy everyday including today and they don’t notify us of anything. Very poor service not caring if we have no air in a household with three kids or no heater especially with the cold front.
Difficult to contact and to a long time to get to my home but once they did, they did a good job and gotten my system back to running. Thanks for finally coming
Rick never showed up when he stated he was on a text that was sent. Called and text several times and he stated he would come by, again failed to do so.
Rick and his father were among the most knowledgeable HVAC Technicians I have ever met. Their timeliness, speed, and quality of work at an affordable price makes them a rare gem here in the RGV. 10/10. Will never go with another company again and thanks to them and God my children are not suffering in the heat right now.
