Jordan is very professional and straight forward with the information, the communication was amazing and I felt very taken care of in all aspects. Rigo and Javier were amazing techs, worked tirelessly through the scorching heat to install my ac unit.
Let me start by saying, I don’t usually write reviews, never really, but the service myself and my family received from Millennium A/C LLC was OUTSTANDING!!!! From the initial phone call to Jordan and him taking his time to speak with me and actually cared about what was going on with my ac, then having a tech come out after hours, was awesome! The pricing was more than fair and the technician that came out, Mr. Javier was very professional and caring. He picked up on the fact that I was whispering because my son was trying to fall asleep in the next room, that he himself started whispering back to me. I was blown away by this! Mr Javier, thank you from the bottom of my heart for your professionalism and caring about my situation and my home and explaining everything and answering all of my questions. And all of this was done after hours. It’s very hard to find a company that cares about you and wants to earn your business through honesty and caring. You guys have our business for as long as we are in the valley. Don’t ever change your business model. It’s one of a kind this day and age! Great service and fair price, I bought my ac with colair ac and also paid a monthly fee of 25 that i was told the coil clean and maintenance was going to include on this plan and when they came to clean my coil the estimate was almost 900 and anybody that has the ac clean we know that is not the cost with a new unit that is only has a year and a half, I highly recommend this company

I highly recommend Millennium A/C, they are very responsive and helped us out within a matter of a couple of hours from calling them.
