Tony Leanos was recommended to us by our realtor. He installed our brand new AC in May 2022. By June 2022 it was not working. He was hard to reach every time and would take a week or two to respond. Each time he finally came out he would have a different reason for the unit not working. He would say he fixed it and then two days later it wouldn’t work again. The 4th time he said we needed to call a plumber. He said he had a plumber we could use. We decided to go with our own plumber. The plumber said there was no plumbing issue and tried to call Tony to see what the issue was. Tony never responded. He continued to not respond for three weeks. Finally we found a new technician who let us know that his work was not right. He used old technique, old equipment and punctured over 11 pin holes into the pipe. We were finally able to reach Tony through our realtor and requested a work refund to which he responded with “Take me to court”
