Thank you to justin for coming out and helping getting my ac running. Explained my issues very thoroughly. Very knowledgeable and attentive to every question I had. Will reccomend frontier to anyone in the future.

Frontier really gives the quality in service. Their tech Victor came over to fix our AC and was very professional and knowledgeable in his trade. Great experience over all. They got my family out of the heat in no time. Thank you guys

Was having some issues with my cooling system and made the call Sunday to get it checked out around 9 am, Victor Ortiz made it out pretty quickly and had the issue which was the capacitor resolved in under an hour. Very professional guy and was able to explain everything to me that was going on with the issue. Very happy with the service I received. Thanks a lot Victor and Frontier!

You know the A/C waits until a heatwave hits to go out right? I called Frontier A/C and Heating. Luckily a Technician just finished a job in Harlingen Texas. He was dispatched I received a text telling me he was in route along with a picture of who was coming. I like that, Rigo showed up in about 15 minutes. He was very Professional in attire and company vehicle. I explained what was happening He immediately got to work looking for the problem after about an hour Rigo found the problem. Unfortunately a part had to be ordered and we were going to be without A/C overnight so I thought. Rigo said no Sir you will have A/C before I leave. He was able to install a temporary breaker in the attic and get the air going while the other part was ordered. Wow What a blessing Frontier A/C and Rigo are. The very next day they sent an estimate for my approval with all cost associated with the job. I approved the invoice and they were back later on that day with the part needed and installed. The moral of the story here is if you do not want to be without A/C in this South Texas Heat. Do yourself a favor and call Frontier A/C and Heating. Awesome service and very convenient. Responded on the weekend and showed up Monday morning on time and completed the job. Didn’t even need to be home. Price was fair and service was excellent!
All is great. Just think manager could have given a better price. He quoted a bit over 12,000 for units replacements but I think 10,000 would have been excellent. We would have approved it today 🤷♀️. Wish I could have gone with them but can’t afford the $12 grand
Justin came out and assisted when I was having trouble with my AC. He was very respectful and prompt with his work. He did a great job, and was very attentive to all my questions. The thing I disliked about the company is my AC got dirty from the coils and I was charged $589 to fix it. I also was not informed of the $69 charge it would cost for someone to look at the AC. I do believe it shouldn't be this expensive or there should be some sort of warranty. I have only had the AC 10 months!
I trust this company completely. This time it took several trips to fix the problem but Mr.Villegas got it done and our cooling system is working great. Definitely recommend this company.
Thank you to Frontier. Ac purchased a new unit late last to replace my old 16 years ac. Just recently had a few problems, they came and checked it out for two days. The same problem happened at the same time ac would stop working. Victor came out to check and see what seemed to be the problem with his help and talking to workers and owners. It came to be the nest thermostat would shut down for some reason. They switched it out and worked flawlessly. Thank you guys for helping us out, especially since my wife is bedridden and need that ac working in tip-top shape. I appreciate the time and effort to recommend this company.

Our air conditioner (compressor) went out on Monday night during this record-breaking heat. A crew managed to be here by Tuesday morning to make repairs. They had it up and running within 30min, because they diagnosed the problem quickly and had the necessary parts on hand. Thank You, Joe!!
Called on Saturday and they had a person on site Sunday. Also followed up to assure all the services provided were good. Would recommend them to others.
It has been over a year that I had my two units replaced. Everything has been running great. I also went ahead and purchased the maintenance service package. I always get a reminder that it is time to change my air filters by text. I have already recommended Frontier Air to friends for the reason that I am very satisfied with their service.
The experience from start to finish was exceptional. From the first call and the initial visit from Victor, financing assistance from Liz, through installation by Argelio, the whole process was seamless and we were provided the absolute best service. Highly recommend!!!
Satisfied with my experience. Came in and topped off the coolant. Explained potential causes. AC works again thank you guys!
