McIntosh AC does much more than just help us keep our cool when things get super hot in the Highland Lakes. Those folks unfamiliar with our Central Texas winters will also appreciate McIntosh when they show up on time to kickstart a cranky heating unit on a below freezing day. I like to stand back, look over the shoulder of the repair tech and ask dumb questions. Any of the McIntosh techs patiently explain to me what they are doing and why, and what I can do to make the HVAC work better longer. Thank you McIntosh… no matter which end of thermometer prompted my call!

Very pleased with the service. They arrived when they said they would. Repaired my A/C in less than 30 minutes. Pleasant to talk with and took a moment to explain the issue. Plus, he even verified our new thermostat was completely set up correctly. Highly recommend!

McIntosh is an incredible company with amazing employees. When we’ve had problems they get here quickly and are great at diagnosing issues and addressing problematic issues before they become major. A big shout out to Diana in the office who works hard to accommodate our schedules, Danny, who is great at diagnostics and service and to Tim, General Manager, who took care of us by installing a big new fan motor. We feel comfortable having McIntosh in our home.

I had just purchased a new "old" home in Marble Falls, TX, and hired McIntosh to come check out my AC unit to make sure all was well. I'm from a cold Maine climate, so had no experience with AC units. The service rep from McIntosh called me to let me know he was on his way, was on time, was professional, and answered my many questions. Diane, who runs the office, always returns my calls promptly. I highly recommend McIntosh! They know how to run a business and customer service is a priority😁
I can't say enough good things about this company. The owner actually noticed a problem with our HVAC system from our Nexia app and came by our home himself to let us know there was an issue! Diana, in the office, is always so pleasant on the phone and works with clients to make sure things go well. The technicians who have come to our home for repairs/maintenance have always been super good at what they do, professional, and personable. After dealing with a company from Austin and almost pulling out my hair to try to get them to honor their maintenance contract, this company is amazing! You can count on them. The owner has great people working for him and he is on top of things.

The whole crew who’ve worked in two houses over many years, installing new systems and servicing old ones, have always been some of the most professional service workers I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. They are knowledgeable and always respectful of the fact that they are in my house. I can’t remember a single time I could ever tell they were even here, other than a problem solved. The care they take in making sure they are clean and careful not to leave scuffs/marks on my walls, even when doing dirty work in tight spaces is especially notable. Finally, every one involved has always been friendly but as unobtrusive as possible…qualities I value when when in my home for hours. I recommend McIntosh as the only place to call if you have need of any of their services.
AC went out over night. Called them at 6am and got return call at 6:30. Scheduled repair for 8:30 and Tim showed up on time and fixed unit in 10 minutes. Capacitor went out. Great response time and customer service.

This company helped with both the heating and air conditioner unit. I would recommend them if you have a Trane HVAC system.
This is the only service that responded out of seven different calls to seven different companies. This is the only company that would come out on Sunday. Tim did an excellent job and was much appreciated. From now on I’m gonna call him first.
