This was originally a two star review, because my A/C had started going back out only about two months after they had initially serviced it, and when that happens on a day when it's 90+ degrees out, you're bound to be frustrated. HOWEVER, literally within maybe 10 minutes of posting the initial review, they reached out to me directly to fix the issue. They had someone at my house the next day and were able to identify and resolve the issue the same week. You don't expect that king of care from a lot of businesses these days, but it was truly impressive. Hopefully I won't have to deal with any A/C issues in the near future, but if I do, I know who I'll call.
Fixed issue with heater quickly definitely would recommend
There was an issue with a new furnace in a brand new house not working. It had worked at inspection just a day or 2 prior to closing on the purchase but went caput apparently after being run, and we were in a cold spell. Sharp was there the same afternoon of my call for 'help'. They replaced the furnace same day and got the unit up and running, making for a more pleasant move in experience for the home buyer. Thanks Sharp. Mr. Inspector.
Sharp Air Mechanical has earned a customer for life! I had another big name company come out to help, and I was told that the outside fan was not working as good as it should be and quoted me $650 (something I didn’t even need). So called Sharp Air Mechanical for a second opinion and found out that the dampers were out not working, which is why my house was not cooling fan was working perfectly fine. He tested everything else AC, controllers, thermostats.
