Very professional and prompt. Had us back in the heat in no time during a cold front.
This is the second time using them....Fast acting and responsive, prompt timing... Rafael had a professional attitude and provided great service.
Mr. Rafael, the Owner, is impressively trustworthy, professional and responsible. Regardless of the time, he came and fixed our a/c. I didn’t expect such a quick response because it was a little late and weekend, anyways, he came, changed some parts from the a/c unit, and fixed the issue. I highly recommend him (habla español también).
Ac was not blowing cold enough, or not enough cold air was making it through the vents. Home was 80+ degrees. I called him to see if he could come check it out, this was around 8:30 pm and I thought maybe he could make it in the morning. He was here in less than 30 minutes!! He got down to business right away….very professional, quick, fast service. Very knowledgeable. He inspected my attic and all the air ducts. He proceeded to the outside unit and was able to repair/restore as best he could my ac. It was determined that I need a new unit, since mine is very very old, over 25 yrs old never serviced before. He did the best he could with the existing unit and he made a BIG difference!! Definitely recommend Rafael to anyone that needs any ac service.
Awesome service! Arrived in less than 20 minutes and quickly fixed the A/C! The house was so hot! Thank you again for the speedy and excellent service! The technician was very courteous, informative, and quick! I highly recommend this company.
The AC was not blowing cold air, and it was 84 degrees in the house! Rafael made it over that night, and the next morning. He found every issue, and we are now all set with working AC! Awesome customer service and diligence.
Our a/c went out after 9pm and with in the hour Rafael showed up and fixed the problem. Won’t use anybody else. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ All day long
