This service and cleaning appointment was worth every penny in my mind, all because of Bill. He was prompt in arriving and was very nice and polite. He checked everything out, front to back. Explained what was wrong or causing the issue, fixed and cleaned the parts promptly, then cleaned up very nicely after himself. He went above and beyond and we are appreciative.
Bill was very through, professional and friendly. Job was completed in a timely manner.

We are about to open our business and our walk in was not turning on. We didn’t know what was going on. We needed someone ASAP. Tri-point refrigerator, inc. was able to send us two technicians with in 24 hours. Bam and Cory were able to solve the situation in no time. We will definitely call Tri-Point Refrigeration, Inc. next time.
You know why Hutto Hippos are so cool? These guys keep ‘em chillin’! They tuned up my ancient reach-in cooler w/o a problem. I recommend them for all your hippo and ‘fridge needs. Jim Ellinger Austin Airwaves
