We loved Flatland service they are fairly priced, professional, respectful and have fast services. Dalton had our AC fixed in less than 30 minutes and it only cost us $200 VS other companies we have used in the past that we had issues with and changed more. We would definitely use there services again.

Wow!!! Just bought a house and went to turn on the ac an no cold air. Called Flatland at 10am and Dalton said he could be here at 130! Wamm! Bamm! He had the problem diagnosed before 2! He fixed the issue but unfortunately there was no gas in the lines. I know what you’re thinking “ha they got this guy!” But he kindly took me and demonstrated that there was no gas. Dalton is a trustworthy dude. And when I say that I mean I would trust him with my sister!!! Him and Garrett went above and beyond to get the job done. He was more than willing to answer my questions. So if you want a job done right the first time all the time call this guy!!! I mean there is a reason why they have 5 star rating.

Dalton was so easy to work with. Our a/c quit working mid afternoon and he was at my house a little over an hour later. He was able to diagnose and resolve the issue quickly and got our a/c working like brand new. He gave us some super helpful maintenance tips and even offered to change out all of our filters in our home for us. We will definitely be using Flatland from this point on for all of our HVAC needs!

Fantastic service! He took a lot of pictures of our unit's issues so I didn't have to climb into the attic to see it. Very clear communication and knowledgeable. He has a genuine interest in HVAC and it shows. His business will definitely grow, catch him before he gets too full. Good pricing, great value. Honest, hard working, and great local business.

Dalton was so quick to respond and explain the issue with the A\C unit. He quickly fixed the issue. The price was very reasonable for the time that he put in to the issue.
I used Flatland for an issue I was having with my thermostat and inconsistent heating/cooling throughout my house. They were able to replace a very outdated thermostat, help me set it up and connect to my phone along with making adjustments to my system by putting dampers on my vents to create a consistent flow of air throughout the house. Flatland H&C made me feel very informed on what was wrong and what needed to be done to correct the issues in my system and not a bunch of fluff in order to make a sale. Dalton earned my trust by being honest with me and understanding my budget as well. He was very knowledgeable and will have my business moving forward. Highly recommend!

Dalton was professional with his communication and with his work. He diagnosed the issue and worked with my schedule on the resolution in a prompt fashion. He followed up multiple times to ensure the results were as expected and sufficient.
When we needed a new AC unit I got a couple of different quotes from local small businesses. Knowing how many small businesses continue to struggle post Covid, we wanted to do our part to help the little guy. Dalton's quote was the best value for the money.
