Had an emergency on the 4th of July, huge bummer. An entire apartment building backed up. They sent Ryan who was on top of it quickly and professionally. Good kid too. Awesome company.
Sinclair staff have been maintaining the Lubbock Impact air conditioners for years. When there is a mechanical issue, they are quick to be here to fix it. Lubbock Impact recently needed a new a/c unit. Sinclair who thrives on giving back to the community made it possible for Lubbock Impact to get an a/c at no cost! What a great local company!

Before I begin the review, you need to understand my unit is soon to be 20 years old and symptoms that present can be caused for numerous reasons. Sometimes it turns into a man vs machine war. I only use Sinclair for my HVAC needs an have done so for close to 20 years. I have always gotten exceptional service in a timely and professional manner. I guess I should add at a reasonable price. Brandon was very professional and arrived promptly and got to work. Due to the machine age it took a few weeks to get the part. Brandon was out the same day it arrived and got it installed. But the symptom was not totally resolved and resulted in a tie. Brandon put up a good fight. Called Sinclair and they immediately sent out Colten and you could see in his face, he was not going to lose to a machine. He went above and beyond until he identified a needle in the haystack. The machine lost big time. I felt I got the best technicians with Sinclair and they gave it 110%. Thanks Sinclair, Brandon and Colton for the outstanding service.
Sinclair is very responsive to the customer. Their employees are friendly and knowledgeable, they do a great job, diagnosing the issue and providing the fix.
The best company and Tecnician I've ever dealt with. He was professional and corrected my issue quick. I will continue to call Sinclair when I have issues they fix. Price was very fair.

This company is amazing! Everyone from the salesman to the installation technicians to the service technician were all awesome! They were very professional, didn’t try to oversell us, and were very kind. When our AC stopped working we were able to get a technician out same day too! I highly recommend Sinclair

This company is very affordable , friendly , communicative with everything they do, and they work with you a time that works best for you when needing work done . I appreciated that they also send you the name/picture of the technician that will be servicing. I highly recommend them and will be using them for future needs.
After a routine plumbing inspection, Sinclair replaced some plumbing valve and stops. They are very professional. They send a picture of the technician who is coming to your home, which always makes me feel more at ease. They communicate well about the appointment. And our plumber was very courteous and completed the work satisfactorily.
