Linda was incredibly rude, and because I haven't closed on my home yet, they wouldn't bother coming out because they've had "Lots of problems in the past". When you're rude, unprofessional, and uncaring, you will have problems. I called Action Plumbing, they're on their way.
Our technicians name was Jesse and he was amazing. He had called me and let me know when he was going to be on his way. He was professional and very nice! He fixed our A/C so quick it was very impressive. They responded to my call pretty late last night and were here and had everything done by 10:30am. That is impressive and top service! Very great pricing too! While he was here he even checked my filter out for me to let me know if I needed to change it. Thank you so much for fixing our A/C Jesse and helping me out!
Had an AC issue. Lowerys’ techs came out after hours and fixed the problem. But more importantly explained why it occurred and gave advice on how to prevent it. Thank you for the professionalism, courtesy and prompt service. Also their answering service actually answers the phone!!!
Had major sewage and pipe replacement done last year. They had to cut into my contrete patio in backyard to access plumbing. They filled it back in and poured new concrete. That was early in Spring. That concrete is cracking and sinking and a hole is forming under that concrete. We are very unhappy and we are looking at the possibility of having to have the entire patio redone by someone else.

Justin was easy to talk to, polite, careful, neat. It was a real pleasure having him on the job of removing, cleaning and replacing the blower cylinder in my mini split unit, It was so filthy that it was blowing out bits of black filth, Thank you Justin.
Brandon serviced my AC/Heating unit for its 6 month service check. He was efficient, polite, and friendly and did a great job. Appointment was easy to book. Lowrey’s is always reliable and comes in clutch when you need them.
The technician was professional and knowledgeable, Brandon did very well in making sure the filters and the outside unit were clean and in good condition.
After several months of struggling and family trying to get things done, it was a must to call Lowery! From the lady who answered the phone, to Phillip nothing but professionalism! Daniel, Isaiah, and Jack were on site early in the morning. Fixed all the sewer line issues . Mom’s sewer problems were eliminated. Professionalism at its best from Mr. Mendoza, Isaiah, and Jack. I do so appreciate y’all’s professionalism and your dedication to making sure my Mother had the very finest service possible with the plumbing at her home. Olton, Texas has been made aware of who to call to get the job done right!
Thanks Jim, for coming that day to go over what I was needing done, and then having a crew here the next day! That’s great service. Josh and Shawn were great! Very friendly, explained everything to me about the water heaters, cleaned up after their work was done. They were also the ones who blew insulation in the attic! Again, they did a great job.
Like most drain stoppages it seems to always happen on the weekend and because we live in Brownfield we don’t have any weekend or emergency plumbers here. This one happened on Saturday after 5 that evening when we had both bathrooms stopped up and soon the kitchen followed as well. Called because they offer the emergency service and I like the fact no overtime or weekend higher charge. After calling Greg called me back and because of other service calls he would be out the next day. He was and was very polite listening to the concerns we were having with our plumbing system and went to work and got the job done. Even stayed and made sure everything was running like it should. Thanks Greg and thanks Lowery Plumbing for coming to our rescue.
Greg was very thorough & even though the problem wasn’t obvious he found it & cleared the stopped up toilet! He was so nice & courteous to be working on a Friday night!
I used Lowery for a drain cleaning back in 2019. The technician that came out used a hand tool to clear out my bathtub drain, the same type of hand tool that I used. I thought this wouldn't be sufficient but the technician told me that if this didn't clear out the line that they would come back to do a proper cleaning of the line. 4 days later I had a clogged drain again. I called back and I was told I needed to pay again for another drain cleaning. I was a little upset and told them I shouldn't have to pay again since I received poor service the first time the technician came out. Now almost 4 years later, I called to have a drained cleaned and I was told that they would need to get approval to service my house again. This is already 2 almost 3 days after my initial request for service and I didnt get a response. I had to call to check on my status of my request and I was told there was no record of my initial request. All of the other plumbing companies in Lubbock are better then Lowery. Its sad that a company does not want to do business with someone after a little criticism for having poor customer service.

Albert was amazing, very kind & helpful! Didn’t stop until both bathrooms were working properly. Glad to have called Lowery’s for a short notice plumbing issue.
Communication was terrible, took way to long to complete, (2 months), Had to come back several times to repair toilet, needs to have one crew that starts the job, finish the job instead of someone different every day . Terrible experience , very frustrating
