J&W came out the same night I called for help with our water heater! I’ve used them before and it is their habit to come sooner than I would have asked, always knowing what needs to be done, and they make it happen quickly. So so thankful for the outstanding service we always receive from J&W!
J&W Plumbing Heating & AC is a great Lubbock company. These old houses in Lubbock always need maintenance and J&W is the first company I call when I have any major issues. The prices are affordable, the service is fast and the staff is polite and professional. Highly recommend giving them a try if you need work done to your plumbing or HVAC system.
Called J&W Plumbing today to see when I could get them to come out to install a gas heater in our rent house. Was overjoyed that the gentleman offered to come out this afternoon and install it. These guys are awesome.. They came out and had new heater installed in 30 minutes.. They even removed the two old wall heaters that no longer worked. The cost of the installation was affordable.. The guys were knowledgeable, courteous and beyond wonderful... In a world where good quality service is getting harder and harder to find, J&W Plumbing far exceeded my expectations.. Fast, friendly, and affordable.. If you don't call them for your plumbing, heating, and a/c needs, then you are most definitely missing out... As far as we are concerned they are in a class by themselves and we will never call another when it comes to our plumbing needs... Thanks so much for being so awesome!!!!!
Be careful using this company as you may be paying more than you should, they like to replace things instead of fixing them and the price ranges between $1000.00 to fix and $6500.00 to replace
We have used J & W Plumbing for 30 years and they are great. I would recommend them to anyone. They do a professional job, don't leave a mess and have always been very honest and fair in their business practices and they are reasonably priced too!
They did a great job installing my new main line, repairing my connection under the slab, installing new shower drain & water lines. Good size project and they got the job done. Very happy with everything J & W did for me on my plumbing project.
As a Realtor for 30+ years, I have used J&W for many years personally and referred many many customers to them as well! They are efficient, well priced, courteous, and do very very good work whether it's heating, cooling, service, and skilled for leaks or replacement of any sort, including toilets, HVAC systems and sewer lines! All of which I have personally used them for or for one of my customers.
Plumbers came to install a customer supplied new in box kitchen faucet and toilet. Toilet was leaking after install so had to call them to come back out and fix which they did and then the kitchen faucet which was working fine lost hot water pressure after using the dishwasher. I called them to come fix the faucet and the plumber blamed the faucet and told me to replace the faucet from Lowe's which was working fine after initially installing. Would not recommend using this company at all.
