We moved into our home less than 2 years ago and we did not know the extent of what our attic looked like. Keith and his team have been super understanding and communicative when it came to this project. This was a difficult project but they were very communicative and patient with us as we had to make some difficult decisions. Each time Hart has had to come out to my home, each one of his members were respectful, answered any questions my husband or I were to have and most importantly showed empathy. Keith and his team are very knowledgeable in HVAC and is able to explain things in a way that we understood. I would recommend Hart to everyone!
The Best heating and cooling company in town. Hart heating /ac deserve a 10 out of 10 rating. They replaced both of our heating and ac units and did an outstanding job. We Would not use anyone else but Hart! Kent and Lanita Clark
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our A/C wasn’t cooling like it should. They were thorough, explained everything to us, didn’t try to over-sell any services and just let their customer service and expertise do all the talking. It’s the best HVAC service experience I’ve ever had.
Brett came to a heater service call at my house, encountered something he never seen before, and was still able to fix it within 2 hours with brand new parts! On top of that he cleaned the unit outside unit, screwed in an electrical box the wind had blown loose, and gave me some important maintenance information!! Honestly, I'm running out of adjectives to impart the quality of the service! I was presented with several payment options to choose from to fit our budget and was able to find the perfect one! Thank you again Brett, and thank you Hart heating and air!! You're the best in the business for a reason!!
This is our second experience with Hart. We will continue to use Hart because the employees are knowledgeable, professional and courteous.

Called up Hart for a quick AC system check up and to make sure my fresh air intake was working properly. Mike from Hart came out within the hour of my call and went through both systems very thoroughly. Mike was very knowledgeable and nice. Hart is my go to for my heating and air conditioning at my house.
Most professional and quality work hvac company out there. Very happy with their work and I have used them many time at multiple properties of mine.
Always helpful in giving information to be sure the unit is running properly. Friendly and on time. I highly recommend Hart. Also installed a UV light system and it is wonderful!

Hart Heating and A/C is a fairly reasonably priced service company. The quality is worth the expense and the customer service is top notch!! Mike arrived when he estimated then proceeded to attend to the necessary repairs until everything was completed successfully. He has always been professional and very polite. He took the time to review all the concerns then explained everything very well. I appreciate the quality of service and I am happy to know we have a reliable service company that can take care of our HVAC needs. Thank you.
I had Hart come out after another company couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my HVAC system. Mike had the correct diagnosis within 20-30 minutes and we’ve been cool ever since. Good response time, professional - they will be my go to from now on.
The repair and promptness was outstanding. Keith called and explained the billing and cost associated with the repair. This was very respectful and I appreciate the dedication Hart has to their customers. My wife and I will use Hart again, just hopefully not to soon!
These guys were very prompt and knowledgeable. Todd took the time to look everything over to know exactly what I needed. He got me an estimate that afternoon, and the guys installed a new unit the next day. Keith Hart is definitely who you want to use because he really cares about his customers.
Called for A/C repair at 8:00am. They were really nice on the phone and said a technician would call and would likely be this A.M. No show. Nicely, I called back later that afternoon around 4pm and asked status and said I know they are probably very busy in this hot summer. They didn't find my earlier request in their system and nothing was scheduled for me. Zero apologies and didn't even ask if I still wanted a technician visit.
Everyone I talked to on the phone was very helpful, technician was fantastic very knowledgeable, I will not use another hvac company, this company is hands down the best in Lubbock, very quick response I called and had a technician here in less than a half hour
We shopped around for a new A/C system because they are not cheap. After meeting with Keith and Tod we immediately knew they were the company we wanted to go with. They took the time to inspect our current system thoroughly and explain what our options were. No hard sell at all, just great helpful information that really helped us decide on what we wanted. Everyone that worked on installing the new system was very professional and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves so well you never would have known they were their.
