Our ac kept freezing. EGS was so helpful and prompt. They told us our options and we decided to replace the unit. They came out within a couple days with the new unit and completely set it up. I feel confident in their work and know I can call with any questions or concerns and get a quick response. They were so respectful and helpful throughout the entire process. Thanks so much guys!!!
EGS contacted me right away after my inquiry and came to my house first thing the next day. They were kind and professional and honest about what was going on with my system. It was up and running again quickly and they followed up later in the day to make sure everything was still going well. Highly recommend!
Of course my AC went out the Friday before Memorial Day. I was able to get a hold of Raul with EGS Heating and Air. They came the next morning on a Holiday Weekend on a Saturday and had my AC up and going. They never charge an after hours fee. Cost me only $85. Great job. They were professional and very funny as well. I will put them on speed dial now!
EGS was prompt to arrive, and clearly communicated findings and options for remediation in realtime. Being a landlord from Midland, I was not present for the repairs in Lubbock, but I was sent pictures throughout the job and recieved multiple touchpoints (calls). Their communication was second to none, attitude and transparency were great, and their prices were fair. I would recommend EGS for HVAC needs in Lubbock.
These guys were honest, prompt and did excellent work!! The price was great aswell! If you’re looking for someone who is professional, honest, very prompt with a great price then I would definitely get these guys for your HVAC purposes! I will definitely be using EGS again!
Raul and his team were absolutely AMAZING. They were prompt, polite, reasonably priced and extremely helpful. I'm so impressed that I'm setting up a recurring contract with EGS for HVAC maintenance.
