My air conditioner stopped working with temperatures 100’s so I called Earl’s Plumbing where I have a home warranty and they sent Glen McCarter to my house. I just wanted to explain how wonderful this professional took care of my issue. Mr McCarter was so thorough and answered all my questions in detail and was able to repair my AC, replaced the fan and fixed the wiring, checked my outside unit and now I am cool and comfortable thanks to him. Earl please take care of this amazing employee and give him a big fat raise.
The people at Earl's Plumbing are great. This was the second time I've contacted them for service and have been terrific both times. I would highly recommend Earls Plumbing to anyone who is needing plumbing services at the residential property.
Darren was my tech with Jeremiah and they were both super helpful and friendly. Walked me through what they found without making me feel like a fool. Will definitely be using them in the future.
Used multiple times and never disappointed. This time they had to come back out and did so without charge.

Great service for awhile. We bought our home and they offered a protection plan with Earls. We used them many times with no complaints up until recently. Our kitchen sink sprung a leak, thankfully only when we used it, called Earls on Saturday was told they could send a guy out Monday. No big deal since not an emergency. Monday came the guy did his thing. The issue arose when I got home and my wife said he replaced the part and I could tell he didn't. Again not quite a big deal since we were just charged the call out fee. I went to do some dishes and the sink wouldn't drain. Called them back in less then 8 hours and got scheduled for Tuesday, again no biggy since this is not an emergency. Got charged again for the service fee because the guy forgot to reset the garbage disposal. This has happened multiple times where I have called with an issue, they fix it for a bit and then less then a week later I call them for the same problem but because it's now a "different" issue I need to pay again. People are all friendly but I'm tired of paying multiple service fees for the same issue. Toilet won't flush? We ran a snake down it and works now. A week later I call, same toilet. Guy comes out accesses the sewer line and now that's clogged. Pay again because it's a seprate issue.
We recently had to have our home’s Kitec plumbing replaced. Michael and his crew did a fabulous job, and they treated our home with great care. They went above and beyond. They walked us through the entire process and put our minds at ease. Every day the house was left neat and orderly, and every question we had was answered. Russell followed behind the plumbers and also did a wonderful job on wall, trim repairs, paint matching and touch ups. Our home looks just as it did before any of the work took place, and we have peace of mind! This business did more than was promised. We thank you Earl’s Plumbing. We are very happy customers.
Best in town, they have the most knowledge and take pride in there work. A+ service and very helpful. Had a few guys came out and they are all amazing. Jerry or Terry, Russell, and some others guys that I for got there name. But in all, they are awsome. Would definitely recommended.
Best Home Warranty Around. They will have just about any home issues that come up squared away as quickly as possible. Don’t trust the national warranty companies with your home needs, leave it to Earls and keep your business local!
We called Earl's after we had poor plumbing repair work from another plumber. Earl's came in gave an estimate and went above and beyond!! The home is quite old and the plumbing showed it. They did exactly what they said they would and some extra things that we asked about. This again is after having to come in and clean up a previous repair not done well. Everything is new and insulated!! We will call them for ALL our plumbing needs going forward. Everyone that came out was very courteous and explained the ongoings. I visited the local ofc and was treated just as well. Thank you Earl's!!
We where told that under the exxtennded home warrenty that hot warer heater where covered for replacement. That is not that case. We scheduled a hot qater replacement and here told with the extended plan it was $4>0 plus $79 service fee. However Brismdy Radloff told me today the extend home warrenty us not valid to repkace a hot water geater abd ut would be $1825.00 after the office staff stated it was covered. I asked to cancel our service.ifim paying you all $792 for A extended home warrenty is not usable. Why should i continue ro oay you my money if you want to vait and awitch was is covered and what is not covered. Please do your homework bedore dealing wuth this company.
Earl's just did a pretty significant plumbing repair on our house and now that it is all done I felt it would only be appropriate to leave a review for others that are thinking about using them. We have their warranty service and have used them several times on our slightly older home. We have always been pleased with their professionalism. With our latest repair, I felt that everyone representing Earl's was amazing: Sam [answered several of my calls, was genuinely concerned with our needs, and helped with scheduling], Skyler [confirmed the issue and helped us to limit the damage], Trey [strategized the fix, kept me informed throughout the whole process and did a great job of completing the repairs], and last but not least Jeff [helped with the construction needs to remove and replace the tile SEAMLESSLY] Each member of this team had incredible integrity, transparency and even concern for our needs. There were others that helped throughout the process whose names I've forgotten or didn't catch and I do hate not being able to list them too. I have never felt at ease with anyone doing plumbing work in past homes but Earl's has far exceeded my expectations!
Fantastic. We moved to Lubbock in 2020 and used them since. All employees, from front office to the employee who comes out are great.
Earls was recommended to me by Atmos the day my gas was locked, due to a gas leak . I know this sounds extreme but Earls saved my daughters and my life . Tyler and Isaiah were so prompt so professional but most importantly so understanding and comforting. The little leak that was not only getting bigger and bigger each day was actually a lot of little leaks in my attic and underground. Tyler was so precise that he checked the line more than a couple of time to make sure it was a leak that was underground. So devastating at first was turned around made so beautiful and great . Tyler explained the cost but then also explained a way I would be able to afford . I want to thank Earls ( Tyler , Isaiah , and Chuck ) ; for really being the hero’s and great samaritans for their service . I have nothing more to say but this . Earls Plumbing is the best in West Texas and I pray each day for their success and progress. They are a blessing for our community. Thank you Earls from the Solis Family .

Moved into an older home with many plumbing issues. Had Darren come out almost immediately and fix some issues and made an appointment for some other plumbing work on the home. Had Michael Major and his crew show up on time and get right to work on the bigger issues. Every step of the way he made sure to come and discuss it with me and inform me what is happening and would show me the issues and how they would be fixing it. Made a stressful situation a little less stressful, and they had great customer service. They cleaned up and helped me move my furniture back that was moved for them to do thier job.
Our home had a bad foundational water leak, and Trey M. was our technician. He was such a blessing, he came out and knew right where our leak was and started fixing it immediately. He was such a hard worker, very honest and knowledgeable, cannot recommend him enough. Thank you Earl’s Plumbing, thank you Trey. May God bless this company and employee beyond measure.
The plumber Landon Forney was amazing as he came and fixed my leaking sink, shower head, and even attached my fridge to water line that geek squad failed to resolve, thank you a lot!
Reyes was my technician that came out to help troubleshoot some Thermostat and Furnace issues I was having. Within minutes of being here he was able to pinpoint the issue and provide a solution! He was very thorough, helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be calling Earl’s back in the future. They were extremely kind, fair with pricing and provide great customer service.
Just ok, they did not want to repair the damage they did at my house while fixing my plumbing. Also, they left fitting loose so I was leaking gas for a couple weeks and they wanted to charge me to fix their issue.
