Had a great experience with Kyle and the installers. Everyone was very attentive to the work and care of my home. They'd ask me if I liked the way something turned out and check in. I'd recommend having them out to service your furnace and A/C.
Avoid this company! Seems like the positive reviews are fake....Poor customer service at its finest! Techs were rude and they did nothing to fix my air conditioning problems, even though all that was needed was coolant for a temporary fix until further repairs could be done. One rep lied to me and said that nothing could be done for another 5 days, even though the temp inside was 87 degrees. They don't care and they treat customers like trash. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Spend your money elsewhere. Another business came out and filled my air conditioner with coolant until they could fix it. This is a horrible company with rude people working for them. Avoid this place and use someone that cares...
We called for low water pressure in our bathroom. The technicians quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem. They were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We will definitely use their services again if needed.
The person answering the phones is really rude. Won't do business here
One of the employees knocked an expensive camera off of a shelf. It fell facedown. No one said anything about it. I am out a professional camera. They are not cheap.
My elderly aunt received the most DISGUSTING service from this company. They did her inspection prior to her buying the home and said there wasn't much wrong with the plumbing and quoted around $1000 for repairs. She was charged over $1000 and next to nothing was repaired! I was in the home when they came to "fix" her plumbing issues. Brian charged her an exorbitant amount for "fixing" her plumbing issues. He said they repaired her dishwasher which was never fixed! He said he charged her for fixing the plumbing in her bathtub which they never did - the bathtub still does not drain at all and is completely out of order. He said they fixed the drain in her entry way which they never did - it is still backed up and leaking sewage! He said they repaired a toilet in the entry way which doesn't even exist. Brian REFUSED to provide a breakdown of services and costs provided. The plumbers forgot to bring the Shop-vac and snake when they came to fix the drains that were clogged (which they couldn't even repair) so they had to come back a second time. I was personally told by one of the plumbers that this was THEIR error and that she would NOT be charged for a second call-out which they later denied saying. They took advantage of her. Do not bother requesting services from this company, they don't know how to fix anything and will charge you for it anyway.
Dylan did a fine job installing a new natural gas water heater. He was professional and knowledgeable. We are very pleased.
They always come through for us whether it's AC or plumbing issues. Honest, hard working, on time, great work.
We didn't have air conditioning for over a month. Called so many companies and they couldn't get it done. Comfort Masters came out same day and had us up & running! Matt was professional, quick, and helpful! Definitely our new go to cooling company.

I have used these guys twice now, for my Water heater that had to be replaced to my AC that just needed a new motor. Both times the techs have been friendly, professional and informative, giving me honest answers to my questions and what my options where within my budget. A down to earth company that respects their clients.
Called comfortmasters within 15 minutes they were here I had a problem with my heat strips not coming on sam andJosh were like peer professionals they had me up and going in no time at all they were like doctors on a sick patient I would recommend them to anyone thank you Ken
We are very pleased with the quick nresponse to our need. Sammie was very polite and patient to explain what he was doing and solutions to our problem. He was kind and pleasant to visit with about our heating needs.

Jeremy and his associate Found my Back flow and did the required testing. They were friendly,professional and very helpful.
Dillon was awesome! They came the same day even though it wasn’t an emergency. He stayed for 15 extra minutes to try and explain to me how he fixed the situation and was so helpful!! Our r/o system was leaking and he identified the issue and fixed it within minutes. We love comfort Masters!!

We had several visits for several plumbing services, each time the guys out performed all previous plumbing companies. Not only was the service done by a very professional service hand but they took the time as a teaching moment for me and my wife. We’ve been homeowners for 40 years and never experienced this level of service from anyone. If you want it done by someone who treats you like a family member. Choose Comfort Masters Heating and Air Conditioning!
