Arctic Air took great care of me and my family. Very professional and friendly. Diagnosed and repaired the problem’s quickly. I would highly recommend Arctic Air Conditioning & Heating.
The ac guy that came over was very polite & knowledgeable. He explained the problem & fixed it.

I can not speak highly enough about the professionalism, courteousness, and speedy response we received from Drew, on a Saturday! I have dealt with a lot of frustrating air conditioning companies here in Lubbock, some who don’t even call you back! Drew knew exactly what problems to look at first and got us back and running in no time. I will be using Arctic Air from now on!
Upon receiving my work order through American Home Shield on Wednesday, Sylvia contacted me and asked what the issue was. She was very kind and respectful. After explaining the situation, she informed me that a technician would be dispatched by Friday. As soon as Shane arrived, he displayed a high level of knowledge and expertise. Upon my request, he repaired the issue I was experiencing and even installed a digital thermostat. (Something I had been meaning to do for some time). Arctic Air Conditioning & Heating exceeded my expectations in terms of professionalism and respect throughout the entire process. 5 stars all the way!
The technician identified the problem immediately and advised us as to what to do. He returned a short time later to diagnose the problem and all was resolved. We had a frozen unit because we did not change filters often. Live and learn! Change filters and your unit should function beautifully like ours is doing now! Excellent service and professional attention.

I have my own A/C company but my Daughter lives in Lubbock. I live in the Austin area. I called Artic Air and they QUICKLY helped my daughter. They did not do the typical upscale B.S. They were Profesional, responsive and fairly priced. I would encourage everyone to use their services!!

Drew and Jacob are awesome! From the moment Drew came over yesterday, he was punctual, professional and helpful. Jumped right into action to help us get our a/c replaced. They were back today and and respectful, worked hard and carefully. Angie/Melanie (I think that’s their names) from dispatch was also helpful and got us on the list. Thank you all for your hard work and cleaning things up too!

Excellent service. Found part needing replacement during HVAC tune up.
Did a claim through my warranty, American Homeshield, due to air not coming out of the vents even though the unit was running. Had two technicians come out and ended up needing to replace the capacitor and fix the problem within 30 mins!
We were very pleased with the service and with Chris the tech. He did a thorough inspection and cleaning of our HVAC system and assured us the unit was in good condition. Thanks, Arctic!
