John works very hard and is very professional.
They are very professional and the installers are awesome. Our A/C went out and they fixed their schedule to get here and fix the problem even on 107 degree day,

Needed my thermostat moved It was in a bad location. Instead of moving the entire unit. Instead they saved monet and replaced it with a smart thermostat with a moveable sensor! Now my house is cool without the unit running for 3hrs at a time. Jeff was super nice and knowledgeable!! Will stick with aire serve from now on!!

I was having trouble with my heating system and could not find anyone who would come to my house on a Friday. After several calls; I called Aire Serv and they were able to make room for me that afternoon. My system is 23 years old and in poor shape. My house is a lot older. After speaking with James, the owner, about my issues; I decided to replace the unit along with my 14 year old A/C unit. They were able to do the install the next day on a Saturday so we would have heat over the weekend. I had a couple of issues with my house being older and my unit being 23 years old. The following Tuesday, Ross and John came back out and made sure everything was perfect. Lora, the office manager, stayed in constant contact with me throughout the quick process and coordinated the scheduling seemlessly. I highly recommend Aire Serv of Lubbock as James and his team are true professionals. Thank you all for updating my systems. Absolutely love it!
Once we were financed the company sold us on their service. After they finished they left the old air filter, broke the vent trap door , then I had to call them back cause water was leaking all over through my celling. Now first time I go to try the heat and it don't cut on. When I talked to the lady she was extremely rude like I was a bother but they were quick to to and get me as a customer.
The staff I interacted with were courteous and professional and they handled the issue efficiently. However, I do feel they are over-priced. I have never paid a diagnostic fee on top of the parts and labor when everything occurred within the same appointment. I was also never told anything about the diagnostic fee or how much it would be until it was on my invoice. They were able to fit us in quickly which I appreciate because my tenant was sitting in a 93 degree house. However, I do not plan on using them again because I do not trust their pricing just based off of previous HVAC services I've received from other companies. As stated above I have no issues with the people just the policies/procedure/pricing.
Aire Serv came out to do some work on my Daikin unit. James did a great job. A very professional business. I highly recommend Aire Serv!
I appreciate them being available to do the repair on the day I called and the repair technician was courteous and friendly. The cost of repair was exorbitant. $416.00 for under two hours of time is unbelievable. I will call someone else for my next repair.
Came out checked out the problem, found it repaired it quickly and efficiently. Went out of his way to answer or find out answers to my questions. Was professional and would highly recommend them to family or anyone else!

Wow! Aire Serv was the BEST of many companies I've dealt with in the Lubbock area! I've owned rental properties in the past and I wish I had used them then. I was working on repairing my aunt's house...her a/c system had quit working. Through looking at plates on the unit, it was 42 years old and definitely time to replace it. Aire Serv sent Michael to look over the situation, gave a true and honest evaluation on what he recommends, and the next day, Michael, Ross, & John were there and had things running within a few hours!
