Ed came and fixed our air conditioner on Saturday morning on his day off. He checked everything on it and made sure it was working again. Very polite , friendly, and did a really good job.
Ed was great. Got us air by 4:00 even though they brought out the wrong unit in the AM.

Mario came out and inspected our pipes. He was on time, courteous, and helpful.
We received a notice from the City of Olton that we had a leak. I called Action and Kimberley promptly put us on the schedule. Mario called as he was leaving Lubbock so we knew when to expect him. He then inspected our water lines, found a leaky faucet and promptly fixed it. These guys deserve 20 stars. We were in trouble and they got right on it!

Had a difficult issue - 2 previous plumbers not able to diagnose over a period of two years - 2 year old water heater (95 degree water running approx 15 gal - then cold). Jordan found the issues - it wasn’t just one! We are finally back on track thanks to him. We are grateful, Action Plumbing!
