We used Absolute from our home warranty and it was a great experience. It started with Nate doing a diagnosis which was very informative. He showed us and recommended a new and bigger system. We then had Evan and Greg come do the install. They were very informative and were very professional. They were always on time and kept us updated on all. Would highly recommend.
I contacted my home warranty (American Home Shield) on Monday 26 JUN to get my air conditioner repaired. They contacted Absolute Refrigeration Air Conditioning to make the repair. They’re getting me fixed today (05 JUL). Service appointment is complete and house is cooling down nicely.
Joe and his crew are the best! My a/c unit went out and Joe even let me borrow one they had at the yard while my new unit came in so I wouldn’t have to go days without one. Excellent customer service! Fast, professional, and great people. Update: came back from vacation and one of my units wasn’t working properly. Called Joe and he was here within the hour. Got my house back to 70 degrees in no time! Glad i went with Absolute.
Cayson and Juan did an excellent job. Assessed the problem and fixed it in an efficient and timely matter he also gave me information that I requested on future upgraded.
I just want to take the time out to tell you how much I appreciate this business, not only the office people, but the installers and the people who do the repairs. They are very polite, informative and explain everything. I will definitely do business with them in the future. Again, thank you so very much .

We bought a new ac system. Warranty of 10 years. They are always responsive when we have a problem. Joe and Jose came this morning and fixed our AC in less than 20 minutes. Always courteous and go above and beyond. They saved me from this heat wave!
Adrian and Bryan came to install our new Hvac system and were on time and very proffessional. They cleaned up after themselves and the system came out immaculate and working flawlessly. Best Hvac experience by far.

Alexis answered the call at Absolute with a kind professional manner and was willing to immediately arrange for service techs to come to my house. They arrived within an hour and within the next hour my ac system was once again cooling and everyone at home was comfortable and happy!! Our 24 year old a/c was not cooling properly. We out in a ST to our home warranty and Absolute was assigned to our ticket. They came out well after 5pm to assist. We are told they could fix it but it would probably continue to have issues, which we knew was coming. We also knew heater would probably not make it another year. We agreed to move forward with a new unit the guys( Amadore Nathan-name on my phone, as I don’t remember their names) were very professional. Out new unit was scheduled for Monday. The crew called ahead and showed up on time and went straight to work. They were the most quiet crew ever. They just worked and got the installed complete. Our house was about 80 degrees when the finished and was down to 72 in not time. And I will tell you that at 72 we are cold, not like our old unit that even at 66 parts of the house were still not cold. Adrian, Billy, Brian did a fantastic job and cleaned up everything like they hadn’t even been here. The unit is larger on the outside than our other one and had to have more dirt to build around it and covered more of my newly installed grass than I would have like but hopefully the grass will grow over it in no time. (That is my only complaint which is not their fault) I feel certain this new unit will pay for itself not having to run it so low all the time. We are very happy with the new install so far.
The best HVAC experience I have ever had! Everyone I interacted with at Absolute from the office, to technicians, to installers, were all above and beyond in their professionalism and honesty. I could not of asked for a better experience, highly recommend!

We called Absolute to service our old ac unit for the spring. Nathan educated me about our old unit and explained the benefits of a new system which we were already considering. We decided to purchase a new heating/ac unit and they came to install it the very next day! Juan and Evan were the installers and they were very professional, quick, and they cleaned up after themselves which I appreciated very much. All of the employees that we dealt with are very knowlegeable and give great customer service. I would highly recommend this company! I should mention they were our 1st call because they were the only company that could diagnose our ac problem last year! These guys know what they are doing!
Highly recommend Absolute for your servicing needs! Our furnace stopped working while we had an infant in the house and Paul was very prompt to come and take a look. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was seeing. Very professional, could not recommend more!
Absolute was so great! Our heat went out on a Friday night after they technically had closed. It was supposed to get down to 22 degrees that night and by the time we noticed our house was already at 56 degrees. They came out right away on an emergency call and had us back up and running and WARM within 20 minutes! Would highly recommend them as they were also kind and accommodating!

Joe was very professional and did a very thorough job of fixing the main issue as well as discovering other parts that needed repair or replacement. He took pictures and shared them with me, took his time explaining what, why and how and answered my questions. He did a great job and so far my older AC system is working very well. Thank you, Joe!
