Reid saved me out of danger and desperation on 6/29/2023. I will use Reid forever. They are honest and fair. My tenant called 7am because AC was not working. I called a technician I got through referral. He ripped me off. He fixed the AC and after an hour the tenant called again that AC was not working. Desperately I went online to Angi and found Reid team. Within an hour a Reid technician arrived at the tenant's home and fixed the AC instantly. I don't know this team but I trust them like I have known them forever. Thank you Reid team. God has answered my prayers 🙏

Quick prompt professional service, the team took care of business and had my furnace working in no time in subfreezing temps. They replaced my blower motor at a fair price. Definitely will do business with them again, if needed.

Reid’s Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing came to install a new thermostat. They were on time and had it installed quickly. They stayed and helped me set it up and understand how it worked. I highly recommend them.
A Reid's staff is personal and professional. I've used them for both AC and plumbing. They kept me informed throughout their process, letting me know what they did and why. Their staff never made me question their ability, didn't make me feel dumb for asking questions, nor did I feel taken advantage of. Very efficient and great customer service skills. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
