Great customer service! I called in the morning and even though Mr. Willis had a busy day, he told me he’d be out sometime that afternoon. Later, he called to say he was on his way and once he got to our house, had our A/C up and running in less than an hour. With temperatures at 95+, we really appreciated his extra efforts in getting to us! Thanks, Tom!!
One of their technicians came out and was kinda rude, then he said he would be back two days later and he would call before he came. He never called or showed. This guy was the face of the business and all I can say is they lack integrity. They didn't do what they said or at least make a courtesy call to say he needed to reschedule.
