AC went out when I really needed it....and, on a holiday. ERA was quick to respond . Andrew was very responsive to my inquiries and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I have put ERAs number in my service call list. I highly recommend them..
They responded the same day I called and were on time, professional and very kind in providing a/c device on a very hot day. I will use them again, if nessary, and recommend them to my friends

They come out twice a year to maintain my heating/AC. And when I have problems they are there in record time. Efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Plus they will fix if possible, instead of just trying to sell you a new unit. They are honest and trustworthy. I wouldn’t use anyone else!
Seemed somewhat more expensive than what we're used to in a small town...but the city services are always more expensive. We just have to get used to living in the city!

When I called ERA they returned my call and made an appointment for the next day. They were here and did the work in a timely and professional manner. We were very happy with the results and with the tips on keeping our A/C running well.
I had 2 unrelated problems recently. Both times, a technician was at my house within hours of my call and fixed the problem quickly. As a former rental property manager, I have done business with ERA for the last 15 years. They have always fixed the problem right, the first time and have never done unnecessary work to pad the bill. ERA is a dependable company with well trained technicians. I always recommend them when friends need repairs.

Very polite even though we didn't exactly get the issue fixed. Andrew did install a clean out for the condensate line for us though, and explained how to prevent the line from getting clogged again . super helpful and would definitely use them again ! Everytime they've been out it's been a pleasant experience super fast service

ERA response time is incredibly fast. They are very courteous and professional. Our AC was having issues and Andrew was able to quickly repair it.
