Went in for my husband to pick up some stuff. Had a rowdy 1 yr old and a 7 year old....and I dont know anything about anything. Staff was EXTREMELY helpful, not just with what my husband needed, but also helping with my kids! I havent seen amazing customer service like that in a very long time.
I walked in a couple of minutes after closing because I needed a capacitor to get my main air conditioner working. There was no rush, they were fair with the price, they had what I needed, and they didn't mind talking with me about replacing our secondary unit. Very friendly people. I have used them before for big and small installations and they know what they are doing.
Sold my cheap junk that burn up in less than 10 minutes. And the service was also lacking to be honest not to say that everything they sell is junk but for now from my experience I couldn't recommend.

Doing some house renovations which included modifications to a HVAC unit. Thus, I began shopping for some specific supplies. Most of the shops were not open to the public, just licensed contractors. However, Morrison Supply is open to the public. However, they do not accept any returns. I found some stuff cheaper than Lowes and Home Depot such as take off plenums, and reducers, but their thermostats and electrical was higher than Lowes.

Great place with really knowledgeable people. My blower motor went out on my 1975 Singer indoor air handler. I called another company before I called Morrison and told them what I was needing when I told them my unit was a 1975 Singer Central Air Unit she rudely told me that they could not get any parts for that machine because it was to old and that I would have to buy a whole new machine. So I called Morrison and spoke with them and told them what I need and he quickly told me what I would need and that they had it in stock. Went by picked up and and installed it that day. All the guys at Morrison were a huge help and answered all my questions. My family and I just wanted to say thank you for all your help. I will defiantly be doing business here again.
