This business was "right on it!" They arrived out and gave us an evaluation and quote. And, we had a new unit installed and thermostat within 2 days. In addition, was completely cleaned up, with no trash left behind. fantastic project and was and polite!
Connor was superb and timely, he made preventative upkeep suggestions, cleared our drain hose and fixed our float switch. I'll ask for him again when calling.
The repairman, Liam was knowledgeable and kind. He explained how my furnace was using electricity from my two panels and showed me how to find my weird filter to be prepared for my next upkeep check-up. He enrolled me onto a new upkeep agreement to help cut costs in the future. I am satisfied with his work and the speed with which he came on a weekend.
They arrived out and no charge to me to give me a price I'm putting a toilet and shower in my basement and tearing up the plumbing and doing all the project was a good price that guy was courteous he explained to me and I going to have them put my shower and toilet in the basement when I'm ready they gave me a great price
Trace was professional and He explained the task he was performing and the membership they had available. The task was completed and the clean up was great. Trace did an excellent job!
Two services completed on the same day. Two gentlemen arrived to do my preventative upkeep on my boiler. thorough and detailed. They were efficient and finished on time.
Mr. Alvarado professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to show and explain the complication in a essential way. He went out of way to make sure I understood dilemma with my heating system and presented options to fixing the system. In the end, I needed a new furnace. He set up the next appointment and installment of my new heating system. I am thrilled with the service Mr. Alvarado and this company provided. I will most certainly call them for any heating issues in the future.
Over the last week I have needed an emergency plumber, HVAC upkeep and now furnace replacement. I have been impressed with how super and professional all 3 representatives of this company have been. Fred, the plumber was fast & efficient, Abel helped awfully in evaluating pros and cons of repairing my elderly furnace and I felt confident that Jack helped me make a financially sensible decision. I feel I am getting a great value for the money and trained professionals who are good at what they do.

Randy and his team did an wonderful task installing the toilet and making the necessary modifications for make the toilets work. I appreciated his care and attention to detail. The contactless payment and signature was great, and I was working on some other projects around the house.
Timely, reasonable, and polite. had a new water heater installed and an old A/C repaired. All repairs and installations were done completely, including coordinating with NEST tech help to ensure the thermostat was functioning Everything was left clean and orderly. I especially appreciate the text with the technician's picture so that I know who I am letting into my home.
They did a superb job. My boiler broke down and the weather is getting colder and I had to get it replaced. The men arrived early in the morning and worked until they got the job done. They even explained in a manner that was easy for me to understand. I stayed away so they could do their work. I greatly appreciate all their work. They had an answer for question and that was great. They even put in a new thermostat and explained how to use it. Now I have heat, and it’s just in time.
These guys (Armando B, Bruce M, Jessie T, Isaac, and Hans V) we’re professional and clean. Always responded up my questions and requests. It took them three days to install an entire mini split system in my building which included four indoor units. Company is family owned and I like that! I will continue using them for any HVAC needs I may have in the future.
Smitty is terrifc people. Professional, knowledgeable, and to the point. He clearly laid out my options and helped me decide the best path forward for my HVAC needs. Miguel is a personable young man. He was kind and he was early for my appointment which I appreciated. He wore booties to keep the dirt outside of my house. He explained the task that was done and the charges. I was happy with the service. I have used RBuck for awhile now and will continue to do so.
Needed to get our heating repaired and had someone come out for a diagnostic. Kristopher was supportive and efficient. Was able to make the fix - same day after figuring out the issue. The company was also able to be flexible with our budget/financing. wonderful experience overall and would work with again!

Love this company! I have used them twice and each time they have been on time, thoughtful and professional explaining exactly what the complication is and how they will fix it. Cost is reaaonable. Technicians are always friendily and knowledgable.
