Very pleasant experience with this Company.
I happen to be hvac certified on vechles. Had a tech sent out. Have a basic leak and ac working just fine. Charged me 150$ diagnostics fee when my companies is free thata fine sure, then wanted another 12k$ for a whole new hvac system. Man just wanted his commission. Highly unprofessional. I'm not the one to be taken advantage of like yall may have been done to so many others.

Derek Long was so helpful and informative when he came out to check my AC until. I cannot recommend him enough.
This is the only place I will use for my a/c needs. They are always so reliable. Derek is amazing. He fixed an issue we had been having for years that we were told wasn't fixable. I would recommend them to everyone. If you want great service with fair prices, look no further than here.
While I did not get service from them, one of there drivers was reckless and a jerk at best! So if I were to decide on a Service by how their techs drive and attitude, I certainly wouldn't use them.

We have older home and it had been vacant a lot. Wanted to clean the unit and ducts. This was an amazing process. The people area very professional and considerate. Great bunch of workers. Even bought the maintenance plan before they were done. Just a company I will continue to use and trust.
Derek Long with Aire Serv not only fixed my issues with my heating unit, but while he was working was happy to answer all my questions about the problem and the process of fixing it. I appreciate that.

Derek Long is a very professional and honest individual. A inspector told us we had a gas leak and another company looked at our furnace yesterday and told us we needed a new furnace for $4500. We called Derek on our own for a second opinion. He repaired our unit in less than 10 minutes. He had serviced our units in the past. I would highly recommend using him and AIR-Serv.
Derrick was GREAT! He was knowledgeable, and explained in detail the issue at hand. He also explained what he was doing to resolve the issue.
Nathaniel was fantastic!! Very kind and helpful!! He even helped me set up my email account that had been down for awhile!!
Nathan did a great job. He was very clear in his assessment of our system during the annual check and made good, honest recommendations on what to consider servicing in the near future for system performance and our for our own health. Good guy - good company - highly recommended and appreciated.

I highly recommend Aire Serve of Longview. Aire Serve has been great to us since we first called them in April of 2020. They have done airduct cleaning and our spring and fall check up. We had our A/C repaired summer of 2021 and Aireserve was out right away and got us up and running on a really hot day. Last week our blower motor went out on our inside unit and the office worked with me to get a technician right out to replace our motor. Carly and all the office staff are great to work with. Today Derek came out to do our fall inspection. He is a wonderful technician for Aire Serve we met last year during a call. He always explains everything to us and reminds us how our unit works from season to season. He is always curtious and takes great care of us. We appreciate all the great employees at Aire Serve.
I needed some A/C work done and Aire Serv came right out when I called. Nathaniel was very professional and had answers to all my questions. Highly recommend.
Called on a Sunday and within 40 min tech was here to address the issue my drain line was clogged. Also talked about having duct work cleaned and getting a service plane for future cleaning. Highly recommend Derek Long super friendly 😊
Called their call center after hours because my A/C wasn't cooling and it was 103 outside and a tech called me right back. Service tech was friendly, knowledgeable and quickly located and fixed the problem and left my house with my A/C cooling. He didn't try to sell me anything or try and push a new unit on me, which was refreshing, he fixed mine and left.
