The first and second time I called they were out the same day, even earlier. Landon was super professional, explained what was wrong even showing me the part. He had the part on his truck and fixed it within 30 minutes of being here. I am so thankful, especially after 5 days with no power that AC Contractors was who we called. I signed up for the monthly membership and from this point forward I will only USE and highly recommend AC Contractors. Thank you Landon! You’re a rockstar ✨in our eyes! 😊
Amazing service, another company Slco Air came out and left us with no A/C to our home saying we just need a new unit. Andrew with A/C Contractors came out fixed our problem and made sure we had A/C. I will use this company from now on.
Informative, plus they always have someone on call he showed up on a Saturday. 👍🏼 Located the parts needed quickly and Delt with Some Warranty issues. Highly recommended to do everything from repair to maintenance. Thank you again

It was a great opportunity for them to come out and fix our AC unit. We had 2 other companies come out and one didn't fix it. The other gave us an outrageous bid. So I want to thank AC contractor for everything.
AC Contractors installed our air conditioning unit 2 years ago. We also purchased the service plan at that time. Every 6 months they come check the unit and change filters as needed at no additional charge. The staff are all wonderful! Reminders are sent out to remind us it’s time for our service and each time I call they are always friendly. She calls to let us know when the technician is on his way and gives his name for identification and safety. Carl has now been out several times and we just love him. He is so kind, is very thorough, and his always wants to provide professional and top quality services. We highly recommend this locally owned company for their superior service.
This contractor installed my AC unit in 2014. They were supposed to register with the manufacturer for a 10 year warranty. The home was never registered. Upon calling AC contractors in 2023, I explained my warranty/unit was not registered and I was experiencing problems. Immediately after verifying their error Brad informed me he would honor the warranty. In these most uncertain times, companies unequivocally place profit over honesty and families. This wasn't the case. Even at 9 years you kept your word! As a veteran I am proud to call AC contractors my Hometown Heroes! Thank you!

AC Contractors has been the best group of individuals to work with. Every technician I've had the pleasure to work with has been extremely professional, polite, on time, and very friendly. I highly recommend joining the club. The club gives discounts to parts and priority services. They explain everything as they work, and will point out issues as they find or see them. You will not be disappointed. Work done: New AC Duct cleaning 6 month maintenance (3 times) And not to only speak of onsite techs, the office staff is very friendly and professional as well.
The service was excellent recommendations suggested but not pushed , he explained the do’s and donts of the air conditioners and was very professional, he was very polite and knowledgeable of his work . I would highly recommend this company . He needs a raise 😁
