I had trouble finding someone in my area who works on Gree Minisplits, initially, but Simmons was able to help and got me on the schedule quickly. Seth came out and got me taken care of. He was professional and explained everything to me. Simmons will be my HVAC provider from now on. I highly recommend them.

Excellent Service! Seth was punctual, respectful and did HVAC tune up and leveled my outdoor unit per my request. He used my cement Pavestones as a base which I really appreciated to reduce costs. And did a great job! He was very honest in telling me my unit would operate fine without leveling so it was my choice. Cost was reasonable overall. I would highly recommend Seth and Simmons Heating & Cooling!

We have used Simmons for heating and air for our main house, three cabins and one workshop. We have also just recently used their plumbing service to install a new water line. This company has gotten repeat business from us because they stand behind their work. I would highly recommend them

Inspected and diagnosed problem with air conditioning. Josh was the technician and did a great job. Was very professional, and not only described the problem but offered us a number of possible solutions. Josh described the cost for each level of repair and was extremely polite.
Joshua was professional and thorough. Both roll out sensors would trip almost daily. He did a thorough.inspection and eventually called manufacturer tech support to find out they had updated specs to a higher temp switch. Hopefully this will fix the issue. I had called Simmons HVAC after another local company had failed to diagnose after three visits

Charged me $510 to replace a basic thermostat (not even a wifi one). 20 minutes of work. $75 in materials. They told me it would be a $90 service fee to inspect and would call me to discuss the issue. Did the work without calling me and checking the price first and when I complained about the price, he said he would be glad to remove it for me. He seemed very professional and I will gladly pay a fair price, but their prices are borderline robbery.

Joshua and Dustyn were on time, professional and worked quickly. They came out on a rainy day, short notice, we had an issue with our unit and they were very quick to find what was wrong, brainstormed a method of fixing it and made it easy to understand what it was that needed to be done. I can’t recommend Simmons enough. A company is only a name at the end of the day but it’s their workers and the way they treat their customers that make that name stick out. Simmons, y’all have extraordinary workers (I’m talking about Dustyn and Joshua) and y’all should be proud to have them.

Very nice people. They responded quickly to my AC repair. They do professional work and they cleaned up after themselves. Simmons offered fair pricing and I felt they were very honest. All of the techs were very knowledgeable, and did exactly what was needed. I will be using Simmons in the future and will definitely recommend y’all to family and friends.
