Master Service is the perfect name for this company because that's exactly what I received! From the very first visit all the way until the very last one I was never disappointed with anything ! These guys are very knowledgeable and know exactly what they are talking about. They really care about their customers and they make sure the job is done correctly before ever leaving the property! I had a new AC system put in by these guys and I would absolutely recommend you use them for any of your heating and AC needs! These guys are not in it for the money...they are in it for you !! Honest, straight to the chase, reliable, professional, fair priced..you name it ..these guys are it. ! Special thanks to Dan and all the guys for helping my family with our new system ! We love it ! Hi ... over a year later and I am back with a follow up.. I do still believe everything I said about these guys on my first go around however .. If I am being honest ...right now I'm kindof agitated .. I need a new filter and have decided to call these guys first so they can have the sale but i have called literally 4 days in a row now asking if they have the size i need in stock and have been told each and every time they need to check for it and they would call me back and they have NOT done so. Finally i said forget it and i ordered my filter off of Amazon... this was a week ago ...and i still haven't received a call back..

I had called another ac company, but they couldn't get to us for several days, so I can't tell you how much we appreciated same day service in the worst summer ever !! MSC will be our ac company for life !! Tiffany was so helpful and returned my phone call late in the day to provide ETA for arrival. Thank you !!
My system was installed when Texas was a republic. Derold found the bad part, put a new one in and after a blessing and some holy water sprinkling, I expect to get another year out of it. Office staff was great, love Derold, and we will definitely be using MSC when our system gets replaced.
Matthew and the team at Master Service Company went above and beyond for our recent HVAC job. We had them work with us to install a new 2-ton HVAC system in an interior barn built out. Not only were they responsive, friendly and on time, they did an excellent job! So thankful that there are still great customer-focused companies out there like these guys. Highly recommended.
Heed my warning: do not work with this company. We had a terrible experience with their owner Mike. Turns out others in our family have had terrible experiences with him also. Even him yelling over the phone at a customer. Had we known his reputation we would not have used them, but he is consistent because he was also disrespectful, rude and used anger in his communication with us. They came out and did work on our unit 3 times in less than a year. Spent $800+ and then they told us we needed to replace the whole unit. When we asked why they hadn’t suggested this before we kept putting money into our current unit, the owner, Mike, got extremely defensive, he was disrespectful and it’s obvious has anger Managment issues. He said there was no way the unit looked the same in their previous service and that he’s a respectable man, and if he thought he owned us $800 he would have given it to us. We were not accusatory or rude in our question but we sure did get a loaded response! After they left Mike sent this to my husband in a text. And I quote…”we won’t be coming out tomorrow to give you a price for a new unit. Just get someone else to do your work” All because we asked if they had seen warning signs of needing a new unit in their previous service. He claims to be a Christian, but unfortunately has not represented that kind of kindness in our encounters. Summer just hit, it’s 99 degrees in our house, and we have a 4 month old. But we will be getting a hotel and a different company to hire.

Masters has done work on my AC system in my home several times. I have been very happy with their service. Their phone answering team are polite and informative, and their technician has been knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the most cost effective option to get things functional again. No upselling pressure.

Master Service did the new construction HVAC install 15 years ago. The system was still operating well, but I felt it was time to get a newer unit. MSC sized the unit I needed, ordered the components and arranged the install as soon as all parts were received. Quick work by a very sharp crew that took just a little over a half day. Cleaned up the area and removed all the old material. The lead technician explained the workings of the new thermostat and how the new unit operated. These are my "go-to guys" that have done well by me for 15 years and for many more years ahead.
MSC - Top notch. A+ service! They were prompt to get me scheduled first thing and my A/C was cooling and fixed in less than a hour. Drake was so friendly and did a great job. Talking to Mike was pleasant and very professional. I will be sure to use them going forward on all my HVAC service needs.
A big shout out to George Cain who came on the holiday to repair my AC. We might have a larger problem, but they've promised to keep checking on me. Very pleased with Master Air.

Very friendly and professional crew! They came out and installed our new ac when they said they would - on time! The whole installment took 4-5 hours, it was a bigger job, and the place was kept clean and picked up. The wiring and pipe work on the outside of the house and on the ac unit looks clean and orderly. Very good work! They will be the folks we call for any HVAC work.
In all of my dealings with Master Service, which includes all heating and cooling for our home, they execute on time at a fair price with a high standard for quality. Great customer service is just the cherry on top. Really happy to have them as my HVAC service company.
I called MSC as a 2nd quote on an A/C unit that I thought was done for (according to my 1st estimate) when Drake came out and looked it over and did some testing I found out I only needed a couple of new part and only spent $290. When I was looking at $5000+ for a whole new unit. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company they were honest and saved me thousands!! I will do business with them always. Thank you Drake for being so professional and honest and taking good care of my needs and treating me like a loyal customer when I was a first time caller.
