This was my second encounter with Temperature Pro. From the scheduling and communication they were awesome! The highlight was my time with Jason Hayward at my house. He went over everything, answered questions and gave advice for homeowner care. He was sincere, punctual and very professional. Thank you Jason!

AC stopped cooling one evening on the hottest day of the year. Jason Haywood was out the next morning and made the repair quickly, professionally, and even took the time to explain how the replacement part worked with the system. 5-star service!

It was a nice surprise to receive a call from Donna this morning to check-in and see how our unit was performing after Jason repaired a fan motor. I'm pleased with the whole experience from making an appointment with Donna, and the initial visit with Jason, to installing the part to resolve our issue and receiving a follow-up call. Thank you for going the extra mile!
2nd time using this company, I do not usually leave reviews but probably should have both times (awesome both times). Jason Haywood was my tech for both services and was professional and friendly and informative. Had us taken care of quickly but got the job done. For the current service they were even able to work us in on short notice so we did not go the weekend without AC. Top shelf service.
Update June 2023: it's been almost a year since my last review and I needed another A/C repair. Jason & David came out and solved the issue quickly and efficiently. They suggested solutions to help prevent the issue from reoccurring in the future and were very professional and respectful. September 2022: I don't usually review companies but TemperaturePro saved the day! I was established with another company for 12 years and they couldn't repair my AC unit in a timely fashion - they wanted me to wait a week for parts. I had a sick baby at home and it was early September so the temperature was still in the 90s. I desperately called TemperaturePro for help and they had someone out within the hour to look at my AC. They weren't able to get the part until the next morning but that was so much better than the week wait I was facing. They even brought me out a portable AC unit to use so we didn't have to go to a hotel. I'm very impressed with the service throughout the whole company; my technician Eliot was great and professional. I also really like the communication and documentation from the company. I hope I won't need another repair for a while but if I do I'm calling TemperaturePro!

Jason was a great technician. I have a complex 2 stage Ac and multiple stage electric furnace. When my Ac quit working I called TemperaturePro for service. I was told it would be a week for service and since i am elderly i called another company they said they could get to me that afternoon. When they came and I told them of my system they assure me they had worked on this type before. They rewired the ac and furnace and reprogramed my thermostat. When they left the AC worked for about 6 minutes. then would not turn on again . Jason saved the day because he was schooled and very professional. He corrected the system AC, Furnace, and thermostat wiring then reprogramed the thermostat. Then found the AC start capacitator was bad and replaced it and the system worked beautifully. I was in fear the first company had ruined my very expensive AC, furnace and thermostat. Jason saved the day and went about the job professionally and right away I realized he knew what he was doing. From the initial contact with TemperaturePro to the service call that was scheduled today, the process went smoothly and professionally. Jason Haywood and Sergio were great. They were prompt and explained what work was needed, fortunately nothing major, gave me a price and answered my questions about maintaining the upkeep of the unit.
My AC went out at my window tint shop on a Saturday morning. I had a full day scheduled and called 4 HVAC repair businesses. Temperature Pro got back to me quickly with general pricing (depending on the issue) and showed up within about an hour and a half from the initial call. I paid a nominal after hours rate (very reasonable to be honest) and my AC was working less than an hour after they arrived. Jason, the HVAC technician was very professional and fixed my AC quickly. He checked the whole system and said it is in good working condition. Other shops have taken 3 or 4 visits to fix this issue (it happens every couple years), where Jason fixed it the first time. I had a different shop 2 years ago tell me I basically needed a whole new unit before and never fixed anything. I appreciate their quality and honesty of work. All in all, I'm grateful for the way everything was handled from the initial call to the final fix. Thanks for everything, it's most appreciated! Also, previous fixes tended to leak the same day. I've been running it pretty steady for 4 days now and no leaks whatsoever.
